Hailey's POV
-I like you Luke- I smiled at him.
-Oh so now you do? Too late smith- He chuckled.
-What do you mean?- I said sadly
-I don't like you anymore- He said, but his eyes said differently. I could see it.
-Why?- I said
-Because I tried getting you, but you had a "boyfriend" and you ignored me. So I gave up.
-Why?- My eyes watered up
-Why what?- He giggled.
-Why do you always reject me when I have feelings for you? I just don't understand- I looked away
-What are you talking about?- He chuckled
-You don't remember me? I'm the girl you bullied for 4 years. The girl you made fun of and never gave a shit. The girl you didn't like. The girl no one liked. The girl that had a crush on you. The girl that was a nerd. That fat girl everyone told her to cut herself and die in a hole, Hailey johnson? Also known as Fat hai-hai? I hate you Luke I don't even know why I like you. My life is shit rn. You know what? I'm gonna do exactly what all of you guys told me to- I looked at him one more time and ran.
Luke's POV
I looked at her in shock when she finished. I had tears running down my cheeks. I shook my head and took in what she said. What did she mean? Did she mea... Oh my god. Is she going to take her own life? I reacted and ran to her house when I came in no one was in there.
-Hailey?!- I yelled. I heard crying upstairs. I ran upstairs and tried opening the door. It was locked.
-Hailey please open up- I yelled. I tried opening again but if wouldn't. I kicked the door open and she wasn't there. I went and opened the door of her bathroom. There was the worst sight i've ever seen. There she was, cuts and blood in her arms, pills on the floor. A rope around her neck about to choke herself with the shower. I ran and immediately un wrapped the rope from her neck. I grabbed her waist and kissed her passionately. She kissed back. I loved her.
-I love you- But she didn't answer. I looked at her and saw that she fainted. I took my phone out of my back pocket and called 911.
-Hello 911 what's your emergency?- Said the girl
-M-my girlfriend tried to committee suicide. Please help.
-We will be there right away sir, what's the address?
