• ☘︎ • it was now august 3rd. • ☘︎ • you had heard that there was a festival going on today. we're you going to attend? no you were not. as a matter of fact you were probably just going to stay home. • ☘︎ • sure the new word was that there was still problems with toman, but that wasn't your business right now. today was a day where you got to laze around and do whatever. • ☘︎ • it was raining outside so, it just fit the theme to laze around no? since kyoko was at work right now...oh wait it's raining pretty hard. hopefully she doesn't get caught up in it. • ☘︎ • maybe you should make dinner? you doubted she'd have the time to do so day...and getting food at a restaurant of any kind wouldnt be convenient... • ☘︎ • well...what to make? what to make? what would kyoko like to eat...let's see what's in the fridge... • ☘︎ • chicken and rice? seems easy enough. looks like today dinner will be. chicken and rice. • ☘︎ • it was a simple dish, something kyoko taught you when you were younger. when you were younger...well let's not dwell on the past yes? • ☘︎ ———— ☘︎ • you knew she'd be home soon. she had given you a call saying she's be home soon. so you finished cooking the dish, making sure it would still be nice and warm by the time she got home. • ☘︎ • "I'm home!" • ☘︎ • see? perfect timing right? • ☘︎ • "kyoko! I made dinner! come eat!" • ☘︎ • her footsteps approached you, walking to the kitchen. • ☘︎ • "ooo it looks great! thanks!" • ☘︎ • you simply smiled up at her. • ☘︎ • "well let's eat yeah?" • ☘︎ • "totally!" • ☘︎ • now at the table sat you and her, eating peacefully talking about each others days and what not. when all of a sudden... • ☘︎ • RING! RING! RING! • ☘︎ • a familiar ringtone plays from your pocket. ugh what was it now? • ☘︎ • "sorry kyoko, let me answer this call." • ☘︎ • "well aren't you popular now a days!" • ☘︎ • stepping away from the kitchen for a moment you picked up the call. • ☘︎ • "hello?" • ☘︎ • "hey is this (l.name)?" • ☘︎ • "yes it's me what do you need?" • ☘︎ • "it's me yamagishi! we need your help takemichis in serious trouble!" • ☘︎ • what...? • ☘︎ • "oh...that's a pity. but I'm kind of in the middle of-" • ☘︎ • "draken was stabbed! just meet with us at..." • ☘︎ • this is such a pain. • ☘︎ • "alright alright I'll go. see you there then." • ☘︎ • "sorry kyoko I've gotta go!" • ☘︎ • "in this rain? where could you be headed?!" • ☘︎ • "a friends place! said they needed some serious help in a fight! this boss battle in the game is pretty hard!" • ☘︎ • "fine just stay safe! and don't come home to late! oh and take an umbrella!" • ☘︎ • "okay bye! love you!" • ☘︎ • "love you too!" • ☘︎ • takemichi sure does have great timing for getting in trouble huh?grabbing an umbrella you opened it and ran outside. • ☘︎ • running as fast as you could to the direction yamagishi had told you. though this did seem like a fairly serious situation, hopefully though this would be settled quickly. you don't want to get home late to an angry kyoko that would be...terrifying. • ☘︎ • getting closer you could make out a lot of figures... • ☘︎ • god this was going to be a huge pain to deal with.
