Relays

I laid my head down on my desk, I had so much piled on top of me at this point about stupid...what even is this rocket science?!?!

"Camille keep your head up. I know you're tired but it's against the rules." The teacher said.

I did as I was told and propped my head up with my hand. The teacher, ms. Bergeron, knew how hard I had it minus the bending but knew pretty much everything else. She gives me leniency most of the time but I didn't want to get on her bad side.

I tuned out the rest of class, mainly because I didn't feel like doing homework.

The bell rang and I tried to ninja my way out of the class when I hear, "Camille."

"Dammit," I cursed, "yes?"

"I know that you're tired but your grades in this class need to improve." She told me.

"I understand and I will get right on that," I told her.

"If you don't you won't be able to play lacrosse or go to work." She warned.

I understood but didn't understand any of it. I also didn't like the fact that if I fail a class I can't work, but I guess rules are rules. They want us to achieve outside of everything when I can't leave.

I walked out, saying goodbye to Bergeron and eating a protein bar. I went to one of my favorite classes of all time, weight lifting. The teacher us pretty strict but I loved the class either way.

The teacher was actually the girls rugby coach so we basically got into arguments over who's sport is more dangerous.

He wins most of the time.

I walked into the locker room and quickly changed into my practice shorts and tennis shoes.

"Yo, Yo,Yo," I heard a voice say.

"Emma!" I replied cheerily,"You have no idea how hard pre-calc was."

She laughed,"It can't be any worse than what I went through."

"You have no idea,"I said.

"Oh but I think I do," she shot back with a smirk.

"Ladies," one of the teachers shouted,"time to head out."

WE all exited the locker room and went out to the MPIF-gym-thing, to start class. The teacher, Miracle, came out and took attendance.

"Alright," he said in his husky voice, "Today we are going to do something a little different...we are not going into the weight room."

Chatter filled the air as everyone gossiped about what in the heck we are doing. I for one signed up for weight-lifting not TNI.

"Settle down, we are going to be with Team and Individual sports," speak of the devil, "to do some relays. You all more than have the capability to beat them mortal combat style. And yes I just made that reference." Miracle rallied.

We cheered, we were definitely more than capable to beat them especially in relays. We have cardio day twice a week and when we do cardio we have to hold weights over our heads. All they do is play games. I rest my case.

We got into our usual relays, Kennedy, Ashley, Emma, then me to finish. We started to get pumped for the relays when they strolled in.

I threw the exercise ball at Mako, I was so fed up with all of his games. He was just being a douche bag no matter what I did.

"I hope I'm not interrupting," I heard a feminine voice say.
