A few weeks had passed. Blaine and I hadn't had any problems. Until today...

"Who is Chandler?!"

"Blaine. Honey, calm down. He's just a guy I met at Between The Sheets. He was nice, you know? We- we just hit it off. And I don't think you have any right to be talking." I know that this could have completely been avoided, but there's no way I am going to let him get away with calling me a cheater.

"Oh, and how do you figure?"

"Remember when you were texting Sebastian? You guys were all buddy buddy and he almost blinded you, Blaine."

"Yeah, but all that was family friendly. I mean, you- you like him don't you?"

"I do not! Besides, I think he likes Adam."

"Adam? Who's Adam? Is he another one of your conquests?"

"Oh, my g- Blaine! You are the only person I have ever had sex with, I promise. And, I mean, you spent a lot of time alone with Sebastian, did you fuck him?"

"No!"

"And I trust that you wouldn't lie to me. Why do you think that I would cheat on you?"

"Kurt, I- I don't know. I just- I don't want you to go."

"Blaine, listen to me. If we don't have trust, we don't have anything."

"Kurt, what if this doesn't work out?"

"What do you mean?"

"I mean, what if we don't work out? Like, how am I going to live with myself."

"Blaine, as much as I hate to say this, if we don't work out, it was a lesson. We have our entire lives ahead of us, but right now, it's just us."

"That makes it sound like you're going to... get rid of me."

"Baby," I kissed him softly on the lips, "I think we need a break."

"You- you want us to... see other people?"

"No, Blaine! I think we need to cool down. Before this gets too out of hand. I don't want to lose you Blaine. I really don't. But you have to trust me. I have never cheated you and I never want to. Blaine if we don't trust each other, we can't be with each other and you need to understand that."

"I do!" Blaine slammed his hand on the wall next to my head. "Kurt, I love you. I love you so, so much. But you're leaving," he dropped his hand. "You're going to leave and go to New York. You're going to be there without me. You're going to move on and leave me behind."

"For three months, Blaine! I honestly think you are overreacting. You said you wanted to stay in Lima for the Summer so you could see Cooper and your sister-in-law. I want you to stay! I want you to see Veronica and I want you two to get better acquainted. I get you all to myself when you get there, Cooper will only get you so often after you leave."

"I want you to stay wi-"

"Blaine, if you want to come with me in July, then do it, but we still only have a month. We need to find an apartment, I, at least, will need a job there, we can't both stay in Lima for the summer. We're going to have Quinn and Rachel there to help, but it's not fair if they're there working their asses off to pay bills and neither of us are there. It will be hell for me, too, but we have Skype, phones, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, nothing is long distance anymore, really."

Blaine sat down on my bed and looked at me. "Kurt, what is happening to us?"

"Nothing, honey," sat down next to him and took his hand in mine. "We're going to be fine, I promise."

Little did I know that promise wasn't going to be kept well...
