Chapter 9 A day in the life

Y/n Pov:
When will this end i think.

It's been an hour now and thankfully we finished warming up, I don't think I could've done this if I wasn't in Soobins body because I am not fit. Throughout the whole warm up I was getting scolded 60% of the time and complaining for the other 40%. Which was my copping mechanism, but I could tell it was annoying everyone else by them glaring at me throughout the warm up. "Ok 10min brake, drink water then start practicing choreo I will be back in an 1hr make sure no slacking." We all just nod, and I run to get water I was so thirsty I drank like half a bottle in a literally a second.

I feel my phone vibrating and see that it's soobin trying to call me, aish this boy what is it now and it's in my precious brake time. "I am going to the bathroom" I say to everyone "ok, but your walking the wrong way it's that way remember" taehyun says in a joking tone. "Oops" I reply back, and wuickly speed walk in that direction, thanking taehyun in my head. Once I see the doors I walk in and look down to see a girl. "You pervert get out" she shouts at me, it takes me a second to release I walked into the womens bathroom. "Didn't you hear me get out or I will call security" she shouts at me again. "Sorry" I bow and immediately turn around to run out, that was very awkward. It was instinct it wasn't my fault I think to myself to make me feel better, once I get into a stall in the Mens bathroom I pick up my phone.

"Help me" I hear him say. "WHAT IS IT DID YOU HURT MY BODY!" i say panicked as to why he sounds so scared. "No calm down I didn't mean to scare you it's just I got your period" he whispered the end to me. Idk why but I found this funny "why are you laughing I am bleeding and in pain" " it just funny seeing a man having to go though it, but there should be some pads in my bathroom draw." I say to him still laughing to myself. "Ok I found them so now his do I use it" "just open it up and put it in your undies, and don't look keep your eyes sealed shut I don't want you to look at my private parts." I say sternly. "I don't want to see them either so you don't have to worry now how do I help the pain" he says "just get a hot water bottle and Panadol helps". "Soobin hyung hurry up it's been 10min already" "ok I'm coming" I shout back. "I got to go to your practice but can we call again tonight so your friends don't get suspicious " i whisper to him in case someone comes in. "Ok sure thanks for the help btw bye"

"What took you so long you know what manager said" beomgyu said to me. "I was constipated" I say not even thinking about it which was kinda dumb, because who just tells there friend they are constipated. After I finish internally slapping myself i speak to break the awkward silence "sorry if that was to much information" "it's ok I kinda of expected it because you do have weird bowel movements" he says while chuckling. Now that is too much information for me I really didn't need to know that.

We get back to the practice room and I see everyone already waiting for us to get back in there positions already. Beomgyu walks right to his spot while I freeze up and don't move, although I am a fan I am not big on learning the choreo because I am very bad dancer. My palms start to get sweaty and I get nervous again I get pulled out of my thought literally by hyuka and he swings into my position. "Just try and follow" i could tell he was nervous hoping for a miracle of some sort to happen which didn't help me. When the music started playing my body started moving to it, it was like I knew it but I had never even tried the dance before. My dancing wasn't very good but at least I was doing the moves, this really was a miracle sent from heaven I thought.

Once the song finished I was still in shock that's when hyuka came up to me and whispered "I thought you didn't know the dance but you knew most moves even if they weren't very good" he giggled at the end. "Hey I tried my best, and I don't know how I knew the moves I think it's probably muscle memory which is my new god." I say in a joking tone.

——time skip to lunch————————————————
It's lunch break now so we head down to the cafeteria for something to eat, I was starving as I only have had breakfast whilst doing the lost exercise I have done in my life. Mmmmm everything looks good, but I choose a nice crispy chicken wrap. Once everyone has got their food we all sit down at a table, I sit next to hyuka and don't say much because I am still a bit awkward around them. The wrap was pretty good I would say, and it felt good to finally have a break. Throughout lunch everyone else was chatting whilst on their phone, but I didn't really mind at least they weren't talking to me. "Come on guys let's go back" our manager says, without realising i start pouting. "Come in no complaining we have got to work hard to keep the fans happy" manager rebuttals against my sad face.

I get up and whisper to hyuka " how do you guys do this almost everyday it's only half way through and I feel like I have ran a marathon". He chuckles in response "well we do have to work had to keep our fans happy like manager says and it's nice to see our hard work pay off like it will tomorrow at the showcase meaning you will have to work extra hard."  He says whilst poking my checks. "Ughhhhh seriously, that's annoying but I will try my best for soobin, but I will need help because I am not good in front of cameras or on stage." I say trying my best not to think to much about and just focus on the positives. "You will be fine I believe in you don't worry, it's just a showcase so it there shouldn't be any people I think." He says trying to comfort me. "Thanks for the support, and that is better I guess still nervous though." Our conversation was cut short by the one and only manager, my favourite person atm I think in a sarcastic manner. " stop talking and get practicing again I have to go to another meeting but it won't be as long, best behaviour" manager says sternly. Their manager is seriously reminding me of my college professors and I thought I was able to escape that place.

——time skip end of practice————————————

By the end of practice I feel much more confident but also a lot more tired. I swear every muscle in my body aches I feel heavy just walking. We got to leave earlier because we did come in early which was nIce but it was still late 9pm. As I slowly dawdle behind everyone I pick up my mask and hat, we are going to head out for dinner some where because it's earlier and I can't wait. As we walk out the doors thankfully because it's late-ish there isn't any paparazzi, so we just jump into the van and set course to the restaurant. "Where are we heading to for food" i ask. "We are going to a hot pot" yeonjun says, "mmmmm yummy i am starving" i say which is exactly how I am feeling starving idk why maybe it's because I am in a males body but I have getting so hungry recently. " your always hungry soobin hyung, are you growing or something" taehyun jokes "it's just an infinite pit down there I say I patting my belly" everyone laughs at that and this makes me smile seeing everyone so happy.

At dinner i eat so much it's my first time trying a Korean hot pot and it's delicious to say the least. Although during dinner I did notice some people looking at us, this did make me feel uncomfortable but I just tried to ignore it. Spending the day with them was very insightful everyone was so funny and nice, and it's cool to get to know them in person.

After dinner we made it back to the dorm, even though i was stinky from practice I still didn't want to shower, so I just changed my clothes s not underwear and sprayed a heap of his perfume on. As I lay on my bed completely exhausted hyuka comes in, i take this opportunity to thank him for being so kind and helpful to me. "Thanks for today" i say "no problem i didn't really do much I am glad I helped now I want to get some sleep, it's a big day tomorrow remember" he says teasingly. "Yeah I know I am trying not to think about it so it is probably best to go to bed good night" with that I turn it the lamp and shut my eyes shutting out the thought of tomorrow.
