Chapter 9

Emily was in her room getting ready to go to the police station while Danielle and Jenny  were going to pay Tyler a visit even though Emily tried to talk them out of it both of them didn't budge and still went to his place.

Kaylee then came and knocked on Emily's door. "hey Em are you ready to go?" Kaylee asked.

Emily opened her door and saw Kaylee standing there. "yea I am let's get this over with" Emily said.

Kaylee nodded and the both of them walked out of the apartment and made their way to the police station. Once they were there Kaylee parked into the parking lot.

They both got out and went into the station and waited for a cop to come up to them. Finally after what felt like hours the cops came up to them.

"hello ladies I'm officer Gardener what can I do for you guys?" Gardener asked.

Kaylee looked at Emily and Emily looked at the floor and then the officer.

"I would like report someone for being abuses verbally and physical" Emily told him.

"ok what is their name?" Gardener asked.

"Tyler Summers" Emily told him. (a/n can't remember if I said his last name but if not it is Summers)

Gardener nodded "ok I will see what I can do. But we might need some evidence though" he said.

"I have some recordings and some bruises but they aren't that noticeable and then also pictures but it's not much though" Emily told him.

"ok well me and some others could have a look at it" Gardener said.

Emily nodded and handed him her old phone with the pictures and recordings and then showed the bruises and he took pictures of them.

"ok thanks for this, but is their a number I can call to let you know what is going on?" he asked.

Emily nodded and gave him Danielle's number. Gardener nodded and smiled and left. Emily and Kaylee got up and made their way back to the car.

Jenny and Dani just got out of the car and went to Tyler's door and knocked on the door. Once the door opened Dani pushed it open making Tyler fall back against the wall behind the door and walked in. Jenny walked in and shut the door behind her.

"what the hell is wrong with you two?" Tyler asked.

"why the hell did you do that to my sister you prick?" Dani asked him.

"I don't know what you are talking about?" Tyler played dumb.

Jenny rolled her eyes and pinned him against the wall "you know exactly what I'm talking about" Jenny said.

"so answer the question, why did you do that to my sister?" Dani asked again but this time in his face.

Tyler shook his head "she deserves it" he said.

Jenny shook her head and punched him the stomach "no she does not and I hope you know you will be going to jail" she said.

Tyler pushed Jenny and Dani away from him "no I won't because she is too scared to even do that" he said.

"well she did" Dani said.

Jenny looked at Dani and nodded and Dani nodded back. Then the both of them punched Tyler in the face.  Tyler stumbled a little.

"oh you little brats" he said starting to come near them but they kicked him in the gut.

Tyler fell to the ground and the two kicked him one more time. "don't you ever go near Emily ever again or any girl for that matter" Dani said and punched him to knock him out.

Jenny and Dani then walked out of his house and made it back to the car and got in and drove back to Dani's apartment.

That's it for this chapter hope you like it. And one more chapter left I think. And I know it is not a great fight scene but that's all I could come up with.
