1 - Daily Life of a Half-Dead Hero

"I am the Box Ghost. Ghost of all things cardboard, rectangular, and square! Trampled before my cardboard wrath! And fear my latest weapon, packaging tape!"

"Ah!" Phantom ran a hand down his face in exasperation. "Do we really have do this tonight, Boxy? I've got a math test tomorrow." Phantom already knowing the answer though and took out the Fenton thermos.

"No! I shall defeat you, Phantom! I am the Box Ghost! You cannot hold me! In your cylindrical container!"

Phantom dawned an unamused look before he simply sucked the Box Ghost into the thermos and shock it. "This is the fifth time you've woke me up in the middle of the night this week. And it only Tuesday! I'm keeping you in there until Saturday for this!"

Phantom turned intangible and flew out of the warehouse into the night sky. It was a chilly November with a breeze in the air that didn't bother Phantom in the slightest. He had an ice core after all, the cold was his element. Flying through the cloudless sky Phantoms gaze landed on the stars. Ever since the halfa was young he'd dreamed of being an astronaut and exploring space. Now, with all the Ghost fighting causing his bad grades, skipping, and frequent absences, it seems so far out of his reach that it was impossible to see him ever accomplishing it. Not that he could pass the physical in the first place even if he had perfect attendance and straight A's.

Although even with that knowledge Phantom never stopped loving space. If he would never be able to see the stars up close, he could still admire them from a distance.

Shaking his head, Phantom flow through the wall into his room and set the thermos on his bed side table. Walking by a mirror, Phantom stopped and took a look at himself.

Phantom was now 16 and had changed a lot in his last 2 years as the protector of Amity Park.

Phantom's ghost form had out-grown his human form. Phantom, as a human, stood at about 6'1, while as a ghost he was about seven-near-eight feet tall.

Phantom's ghost form had change drastically from his human form, making it near impossible to find any physical similarities between Phantom and Fenton, Wes still tried though.

Phantom had long since abandoned his old Hazmat suit and replaced it with an almost all black suit with fingerless black gloves, black combat boots, and a silver utility belt which held the Fenton thermos to his waist. His classic "DP" symbol was on the chest of his new suit and the new suit, unlike his old suit, had pockets which were a necessity to life. Over the last two years his features had changed as well.

Phantom's once tan skin had slowly over time began to turn purple until his skin was various shades of purple with silver specs, resembling a Galaxy like pattern which contrast perfectly with his neon green eyes and snow white hair. His ears had gotten pointier, almost like a bats, and his carnivores had grown out into fangs, making him look like a vampire in Tucker's opinion and Sam's approval, while his hands could now grow out into claw at his will. Phantom could as well summon the Crown of Fire and the Ring of Rage whenever he so chose, seeing as he was the Ghost Prince and they rightfully belonged to him.

Phantom closes his eyes and took a deep breath before feeling the cold sensation rush through his body as he transformed back into his human form. When he open his eyes, he stared into the bright blue eyes of Danny Fenton.

Danny's appearance as a human had also gone through many changes over the last two years. Some of which raised more than a few questions among his sister and himself.

Danny's black hair was the same as ever while he's caucasian skin had grown an olive like tint to it and he was now sporting more Asian like features, despite the fact that the Fentons had no Asian background. Jasmine, Danny's older sister, had done extensive research on the Fenton family ancestry to make sure.
