(This is a bit of a short chapter srry)
no ones pov - morning
manny had woken up first and realized the position he was in. He stayed in the position for a minute before slowly moving away. Manny got up and decided to get changed into something.
by the time he was done, Axel had barley started getting up.
Once they were both ready they both went out the room to a kitchen down the hall.
They had served themselves cereal
Axel had reached for the spoon on the table to use for his cereal without realizing Manny was reaching for the same spoon
They had accidentally held each others hand while attempting to get the spoon
Axel blushed at the interaction but Manny didn't seem to think anything about it
"You can have the spoon!" Manny said happily while taking his hand off of Axel's
In the end they decided to go outside and Walk to the park
As they were walking they chatted a bit although it started to get a bit cold outside
Manny shivered from the air because he hadn't brought a jacket with him and was wearing short sleeves
Axel noticed this as they talked
"Here you look like you need this" Axel said as he gave Manny his jacket
"Aren't you going to be cold?" Manny said worried about Axel
"I'll be fine, I have long sleeves at least!" Axel said
"Okay then" Manny said while putting his arm into the jacket sleeve
After a little more walking they arrived at the park
They played around on the play structure
They swung on the swings for bit
And near the end of their visit Manny had tried climbing up one of the ladders to make his way to the slide but slipped while climbing up
Before Manny could land to the floor axel caught him bridal style in worries he could get hurt
Manny had then realized the position and started to blush at the moment
Axel was already a red mess just holding Manny
"Oh! Uhm thank you!" Manny said
"It's uhm no problem! Heh are you okay?" Axel replied nervously
"Yeah I'm fine" Manny said still blushing
It's was already dark out and probably not the time to be at the park
Axel put Manny back in the floor and as they were about to head back to Axel's house Manny noticed something in the corner of his eye
A black figure, they seemed familiar
Axel also has noticed the figure and stopped walking with Manny
"Who are you?" Manny asked the person
They had stepped into the light to only reveal Roy
Manny stood their in shock, he couldn't move it was like he was frozen in place
Just then Roy had ran towards Manny and grabbed his arm
"It's time to go home now." He said while yanking on Manny's arm
Axel had knew this wasn't Manny's father and grabbed his other arm trying to pull the man off of Manny
"Get away from us!" He yelled in despair as Roy did not let go
Manny tried his best to get out of Roy's grasp but it was no use
Roy had hit Manny in the head causing him to fall to the ground as axel started crying scared that his only friend was to be taken away
"Axel!" Manny screamed before Roy had knocked him out
While Manny was unconscious axel had ran towards the tall man and started kicking and screaming at him
"Leave us alone!! Don't touch him!!"
He yelled but it was no use
Roy had took Manny away and disappeared in the shadows
Axel fell onto his knees as he continued to cry to himself.
