Y/n's pov
I was currently at the store getting snacks as the fridge had gone empty.
As I was going back to Ratchet with grocery bags in my hands, I noticed multiple MECH cars driving towards us. I quickly jumped in and Ratchet drove at high speeds. Using the lights as a cover. "MOVE OUT OF THE WAY!" Ratchet yelled as we were chased.
The cars eventually followed us to some old warehouses. I jumped out and put the groceries in a corner. Ratchet and I hid, and I saw Silas walk in, followed by a bunch of his men.
"Sir, I'm reading a heat signature over there," one soldier said pointing in my direction "check it," Silas ordered. The guy came over and I quickly punched him in the throat before stabbing him with his knife.
Silas noticed this and walked over with his weapon drawn. I noticed Ratchet was nervous, and rightfully so. But I wasn't going to let Melody grow up without her father. I jumped out and tried to stab Silas but he shoved me to the ground with ease. I quickly jumped back up but he shot my arm off. I stumbled back and he continued looking for Ratchet. "Tis but a scratch," I said and punched him in the back of the head, but before he could react Optimus and Arcee arrived. Arcee fired at Silas and he was killed. Without their leader the rest of MECH quickly fled. Arcee ran over and went into her holoform. I cupped her cheek with my right hand and kissed her. Arcee wrapped her arms around me as I shoved my tongue into her mouth.
Time skip
We got back to the base and found June here. "What the hell happened?!" Miko exclaimed as she saw my arm was in a bag of ice, rather than connected to my body, "MECH, they jumped us," I replied. Ratchet put me on the medical berth and he and June put me under.

When I woke up I saw I had my arm back. I sat up as Melody crawled over to me. I took her into my arms and kissed her forehead. I felt someone on my left and saw it was 'Cee. "You okay?" I asked wrapping my new arm around her "yeah. Why am I your first concern after you get your arm shot off?" Arcee asked "actually Melody was my first concern, you were my second, but it's because I love you both," I replied.
