Arranged marriage -Taejin-

Chapter 29

It's been one month since Taehyung has found out about the plan Seokjin has made to bring down Mr.Choi.

Seokjin and Jimin are now in Seokjin's car waiting at dunking donuts to get their iced coffee and glazed donuts.

"Bro I've been starving.", jimin says forcing the donut into his mouth.

Seokjin laughs and drives out of the dunkin drive through, "Let's focus on more important things."

After taking a sip of his coffee, Seokjin begins again.
"Jimin it's been one month now, so you think Mr.Choi has enough trust in you?"

"Seokjin, I don't know. We've been going on several dinners, he's been telling me more and more about his past and when he's drunk enough he starts to talk about his strong dislike towards Taehyung's family.
I've been trying to record it all. I have some files."

"Great, I can't wait to show them to the police.", Seokjin says.

After a small while of silence and watching the cars come into the drive through and out.

"Jimin, I think it's time to end Mr.Choi."

Jimin nods "but how? I mean yeah I have to grab all of the documents he has signed in the illegal market and all the evidence for his work. But when? I'm scared Seokjin."

"I know you are and I would too but that's why we have to talk this through-.", Seokjin was cut mid speaking.

*phone ringing*
"It's Mr.Choi.", Jimin alarms.

Seokjin makes a gesture and puts his finger on his mouth to gesture that he will be quiet.

Jimin picks up the phone. "Good morning Mr.Choi, how can I help you?"

"Oh really?... yes.... Mhm... Alright... okay.. okay... thank you for notifying me." *Mr.Choi hangs up*

"What did he say?", Seokjin asks.

"Seokjin I think this Saturday is the one and only day to finally bring Mr.Choi down."

"How come?"
"This Saturday, he'll be throwing a company party his 40 year company jubilee. That means the building will be full of people, it's a good day to crash his party and it won't be suspicious if you and I are there."

"True, well... we have two days left. We have to plan everything. Come over to my house tonight." 

After that Seokjin decided to pull out of the parking lot.

After dropping off jimin to the next Uber stop, Seokjin makes his way to his own company.

There he is greeted by his employees, who are all eating a few dunking donuts. His assistant offers him one but he passes. "Thank you but I already had my morning donuts. You guys eat one for me."

Seokjin has been sitting in his office do the past 3 hours.

His assistant comes into the room with an envelope. Noticing how concentrated Jin is, he leaves the envelope and a few more documents on his side desk and makes his way out.

Seokjin who was deeply focused on his plan, didn't even notice the leaving presence of his assistant.

Two hours later he gets a call from Taehyung. That's the only way he decided to make a break.

"Seokjin?"
"Yes?"
"Where are you?"
"At work, where are you?"
"At work too.", Taehyung sighs "I've been missing you."
"I miss you too but what's with the sudden call."
"I just wanted to hear your voice.", taehyung says with a tired undertone.
"Is everything okay?", Seokjin asks with concern.
"Yes, don't worry everything is alright-.", taehyung starts but is being cut off.
"Taehyung nothing is alright. I can hear it from your voice."
Taehyung signs "it's just it's been getting more and more tiring. Mr. Choi has been hacking into our systems  and trying to make my company look as bad as possible, we've been trying to stop this hacking for so long. I'm tired. We've been loosing clients, our stocks haven't been going up. It's a disaster, it's so tiring Seokjin."
"I know Taehyung, I know but hang in there, two more days baby."
