The Tea Party was in full swing as people were amazed by the people attending.
Whitebeard, Kaido and their 'sons' and subordinates respectively sat with Big Mom's children as they talked with the civilians of Totto Land.
There was also Du Feld the Loan Shark King and "God of Fortune," Stussy, Queen of the Pleasure District, a Major Undertaker, Drug Peclo, "Big News" Morgans of the Underworld Newspaper, Giberson the Hider and Warehouse Kingpin, and the Shipping King "Deep Sea Current" Umit as they chatted.
"I heard Big Mom has a special announcement for all of us."
"Well, word had been getting around she adopted a new daughter. So it's already old."
"Maybe but at least I'll get a picture for the paper this time."
"Well, I heard the child ate a rare Devil Fruit, one of a Greek God on top of it."
"Well, that makes her a mythical zoan, wouldn't it?"
After a few minutes, Big Mom laughed.
"I apologize for the wait. Now I'm sure you've heard rumors, and I assure you all they are true." She said as Tsuki stepped next to her in everyone's view.
"This is my new adoptive daughter, Charlotte Tsukimihime." She announced as Tsuki curtsied to the audience with an sweet smile.

No doubt many people thought she was adorable or a literal angel.
"And there's more." Big Mom got their attention. "I have decided to select her to follow in my footsteps and be the future Queen of Totto Land and leader of the Okashiamai." Big Mom smiled as she watched the expressions of her audience.
Her children smiled at the news.
Civilians cheered.
Pirates and Underworld members were either surprised or shocked that the little girl would be a potential future client.
Queen was especially flabbergasted. "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHHH?!?!?!?!"
During the party, Tsuki chatted with many people as her siblings kept watch to keep her safe in case. Amd they all quickly liked her.
It did not take long for people to call her the 'Jewel of the Charlotte Family'.

'Big Mom finally decides her Successor! 'Jewel of the Charlotte Family' Charlotte Tsukimihime will be future Queen of Totto Land!' ---------- Now if you noticed, I made a little change to Tsuki's name. Now as an official Charlotte, as they are named after foods, Tsukihime added 'mi' to the middle of her first name. Tsukimi is a reference to tsukimi dango which are eaten during the Mid-Autumn Festival in Japan under the full moon.
