Peggy's POV
Fenoff tricked Cheif Dooley into taking Howard's invention; Item 17. He took the item and told Cheif to another one of Howard's intentions on. It was some kind of thermal vest for soldiers to stay warm but I guess Howard failed.
"CHEIF, CHEIF!" everyone in the agency was all standing outside Dooley's office and banging on the windows. He had locked himself in his office and was sleeping. He finally wakes up and opens the door. I run up to him to make sure he was alright. "Wait, stand back please, Ms. Carter," Jarvis said stopping me. He explained what the vest was and that it was on of Howard's inventions.
"Well, how do we get it off," Thompson asked. "There isn't a way,"
"Get the scientists,"I yell.
Dooley, one of the scientists, Jack and I were in the science lab trying to get the vest off of Chief Dooley before something happens. "I don't know how to get it off, I'm sorry," the scientist said ."Damn, you Howard," I say in almost tears "I know what to do, Dooley said, "Jack, help me up,"
"But Chief," Jack tried to say something but Dooley cut him off, "Just help me up," Jack helps him up and Dooley grabs Thompsons and everyone gasps.
He turns to Jack, "Will you tell my wife I'm gonna miss dinner tonight." He nods. "And Carter promise me you'll get the son of a b*tches that did this," I nod my head, "Promise me," "I promise," He turns to the window and shoots the glass out, he jumps out and the thing exploded. "CHEIF," I scream in shock at what just happened.
"We need to find out what Ivgenco took," I say to Jarvis, "the blood," I exclaimed in worry. Thompson, Sousa, Jarvis, and another scientist and I rush to the lab. I open the vile and Steve Rogers' blood is still there. Whew. "alright we need to search every crate and find out what's missing," "Item 17 it's gone," the scientist said. "what does that do," Jack asks Jarvis. "I have no idea,"
