8. Jealousy

2 days later~

It's been 2 days since that day and you both didn't interact much too, because you both were too shy to even look at each other after that kiss.

Whenever your eyes meet with him in the company, it reminds you of the kiss of that night, although it was accidentally.

But even if you didn't interact much, it doesn't mean he didn't help you with the new design of your dress, he did help you in many ways. And because of his help only, you were now able to make the dress for today's show.

Yes, today is that show which you were waiting for. The show was for the summer collection of this year and the winner will be given many benefits for the future and the winning company can also get the chance to work with the most popular models.

You were working with some other designers in the studio on your dress. Your friend Lara was also there. Lara was also a designer and became your friend after you joined the company.  She was really kind and cute.

"Y/n the dress looks so perfect. I bet you will surely win for the men's summer collection this year." You chuckled at her comment. "There are more experienced people out there than me." You said.

"But I know only one and that's you." "And for me it is you." You both laughed and side hugged each other. Hoseok was looking at you from afar, smiling.

That night made a really big impact on him. After that kiss, he couldn't help but think about your pink plump lips all the time. Last night, he even tried to kiss you while sleeping, but miserably failed.

He couldn't help but become needy for your lips each second. He smiled looking at you, smiling and laughing. He loved your smile.

But soon frowned when he saw a man approaching you. He was going towards him, when…
"Oh, Kai you came. Come I made your dress, try it." You said smiling.

Then he came to know he was the model you were talking about. He was indeed hot. Hoseok couldn't help but clench his fist looking at him. Kai was looking at you while smiling.

Suddenly Hoseok noticed your hand touching him while giving him his clothes. Kai smiled and went from there. Whereas, Hoseok was boiling in anger, looking at his wife smiling at the other man.

But what could he do, after all his relationship was a secret. He sighed as he got a call. He went out of the studio to attend the call.

After some time he came back just to make his eyes go wide. He saw you standing so close to Kai and adjusting his clothes. Blood started to flow through his veins. He aggressively made his way towards you with anger and…

He held your hand immediately, glaring at Kai, while Kai gave him a confused look. Everyone in the studio gasped while you looked at him. "Mr. Jung." You said. He looked at you and then Lara behind you who was looking at him with wide eyes.

He looked at the other side and soon came to his senses.  Then he noticed, he was holding your hand. His eyes went wide and he immediately left your hand, as he awkwardly smiled at others.

They all looked at him confused. "Mi-miss y/n…" he said. "Y-you were doing it the wrong way." He said and started to adjust Kai's clothes. "It should be done like this...not this…." He awkwardly said.

While you just looked at him confused. "But I was also doing the sa……" "I told you you were doing wrong. " He again said cutting you off. You just nodded.

'Is he perhaps jealous?' You thought. 'Anni Anni, why would he be? He doesn't even love me. He just treats and cares for me as a friend. As he says.' You shook your head.

Time skip~

Everything was set as you wanted. All the models of your company were also ready and the show was going to start in a few minutes. You were backstage while Hoseok was in the front along with the judges and other CEOs of the companies and other models and designers.

The show started and one by one all the models started to walk on the ramp. You were enjoying the show while looking at the dresses which other models were wearing and analyzing it, to get more ideas.

They all were so good. You made 3 designs, the main one was what Kai was wearing for today. Soon he also came and your eyes lit up. You looked at the judges in the front to look at their expressions, and from their expressions, you can say they loved it, but still, you were scared and nervous.

Soon, other models also started to come, some were half naked too, showing off their abs and that's when you felt everything go blank…..

You put your hand on your eyes and felt someone's hand on it. You tried to remove it but failed. "Hey….who is this?" You asked, annoyed.

"Let me see" and you removed the hand. You turned around being annoyed and gasping. You were going to fall when you felt his hand around your waist. "What are you doing here?" He just smiled.

"Nothing just came to block something, which you shouldn't watch." "Huh!" You got confused,  but shrugged it off and again turned around. Again you felt his hand, but this time you succeeded in taking his hand off your eyes.

"Ah wae...let me see the show peacefully." You whined as he chuckled. "Wae? You shouldn't watch other men's bodies, except me." He said the last words in a whisper while looking down.

You couldn't hear it but shrugged it off. The show was finished and Hoseok went from there. Now it was time for the results. You were so nervous about it.

You were looking at the stage while biting your nails in nervousness.
The judge was the most famous designer of Korea, Mr. Park Jaemin.  After giving his speech he started to declare the results.

"All the dresses for the summer collection were stunning. But the company with which my daughter Jenna is going to sign today is Kim design groups." Your face became sad after knowing you didn't win it.

You looked down and tears were at the edge of your eyes. But Hoseok was still quite happy, as the winning company was Taehyung's company. He congratulated him. But soon Taehyung's eyes caught your figure as he gestured Hoseok to go to you.

He smiled sadly and went from there towards you. He knew how much this meant to you. You worked day and night for this, even double the time.

He put his hand on your shoulder. You turned and looked at him with teary eyes. He smiled softly. Making you forget your problem, with his shining smile.

"It's ok. You have many more things to achieve in the future." He said. "I am proud of you, yeobo." He said softly into your ears.

"And last…" Mr. Park said. "I would personally like to give an honor to the designer who made this dress." He said pointing towards Kai. "Y/n '' someone spoke from the crowd. "Oh, so miss y/n is the designer?" the old man spoke.

"I would like her to come on stage." You gulped but soon felt someone pushing you towards the stage softly. You turned and saw Hoseok. He smiled and mumbled, go.

You gulped and went towards the stage. "Miss y/n. You really did a great job. The dress which your model is wearing is the best dress, which fits the summer theme, but as we have to make a judgment according to all the dresses from companies….anyways it was brilliant work you did. I would look forward to see more of your work. And my blessings are always with you." He softly caressed your head, just like he was caressing his daughter, a few minutes ago.

You smiled and bowed 90° and thanked him. Soon everyone went from there. You were so happy. As you couldn't win the prize, but you were happy to get individually honored by your favorite Designer and role model.
