I wake up the next morning forgetting where I'm at, I jump up and see Jay still sleeping. Everything that happen yesterday comes
back to me.

I don't have my phone, I had to throw it out the window on the way here, so I don't know what time it is, there's no windows so I can't tell if it is day or night.

I get up to use the bathroom and I hear voices down the hall, I can't exactly make out what they're saying but what I do know is Leo is not alone.

I make my way out the room and crunch in front of the stairs. I can now see daylight from the halfway bordered up windows.

I obviously don't know where the bathroom is, so I have to be seen.
Only now I can hear their conversation.

"Harvey is a menace, Elizabeth has been with him for years."
I know Leo's voice and that was him, but then I hear a unfamiliar one.

"It doesn't matter"
he says slightly rising his voice

"he will be gone soon enough" he adds

I will be the only one who is gonna end his life, me and only me.

I moved out from the stairs, making myself visible. The unfamiliar voice was a tall, dark haired man I couldn't see his face because he is turned away from me, Leo was about to continue the conversation in till he saw me.

"your up, good I'd like you to meet someone." Leo's says looking between me and the dark haired man.

He turns around in my direction and smiles.

I give him a slight grin before he turns back around, I give Leo a disgraceful look assuming he told this random guy my family's business.

he ignores my look and motions me to come over, I hesitate but still go.

They are standing in the kitchen that clearly hasn't been cooked in for a decade.

I'm standing beside the dark haired man and infront of Leo

"Iz, this is Alec."
I stare at Leo, keeping my eyes on him.

"Hi, nice to meet you" Alec says holding his hand out.

I look over at him and shake his hand. I didn't notice this before but Alec is sort of gorgeous, he has a sharp jaw line, and light brown eyes that would sparkle even in the dark, his tall figure towered over me, he looked down to talk to me.
"you too" I say letting go of his hand

"He's here to help you" Leo's says, a little too excited.

I look at him with confusion

"Alec's in your line of work."

I look over at Alec with my eyebrow raised "your a hitman?" I say
scanning his body but his muscles stand out way more then I notice before, he has a whole sleeve of tattoos the most likely run up to his chest.

"Yes but the company I work for is secure" Alec says giving Leo a look probably applying, Why is the loyal family working for a Alvarez, the dangerous, most wanted criminal in the world? Harvey. 

Alec doesn't know anything because Leo knows I met Harvey before he came the disgusting person he is now.

I nod slowly giving Alec a look that obviously he gets because he scuffs
"and how exactly are you gonna "help me"" I say spiteful

"I'm going to help you take down Harvey?" Alec says, like the answer was right in my face.

I tilt my head up so he knows I'm not frighten from him towering me
"yeah, okay" I smirk a little indicating that I don't need him.

"We will talk about it more later,
iz go wake up Jay so we can eat, Alec brought food." Leo says ending the conversation

I turn to Alec
"Thank you, I know Jay's hungry" I say dropping my attitude.

Since my father died Jay's all I've been thinking about, he is still young and having losing both your parents is the worst type of pain.

I start to tear up making my way back to the room, I compose myself before I open the door.

Jay still looks asleep.

I walk over to his cot and lightly nudge him, he looks at me and I can tell he's been crying, I sit down next to him and wipe the resting tears from his face.

"He's dead because of me and so is mom" he says like its the only thing that makes sense

"what, that is not true, how could you think that?" I look at him with confounded eyes

"if I was more prepared, more stronger, I could have saved her,"

I shake my head.

"and if I didn't miss the shoot dad would still be alive" he continues

"no Jay, this was Harvey fault and only his fault." I say trying to reassure him, caressing his cheek.

But only that wasn't true, mom is dead because of me and so is my dad, that's the truth, both deaths because Harvey loves me to much. 

"Okay" he says not believing a word I said.

"come on, are you hungry?"

he nods

"good, there's someone here for you to meet."

he looks at me confused

"you'll see" I smile

I wipe his face and we make our way out of the room.

This afternoon, I think, has been... a lot, and I forgot I had to pee.

We walked down the hallway and into the kitchen.

Leo introduced Jay to Alec it was a quick conversation and shortly after Alec said he had some business to take care of and left.

I asked Leo where the bathroom is and went before I ate, Alec brought Korean food.

After hours of catching up, Jay only says a few words before he goes to bed.

It was the best opportunity to ask Leo the question.

"I know this is a big ask" I look over at Leo "but I need to take care of Harvey."

I know with us coming here he knew what I was gonna ask him.

"That's why Alec was here iz, to help you take down Harvey."

"Leo-"

"He's strong and smart, he can help you do this." He pause to see my reaction. "I'm doing this for you, he's coming with you, if not, I can't help."

"Fine, Alecs coming with me" I say rolling my eyes and slightly throwing my head back.

"good" he grins "You and Alec will leave in the morning"

"good"
now I have to tell Jay.

After awhile I went to sleep, well I tried to.

I couldn't stop thinking that Alec will  ruin my plan. I could just ditch him when we get far enough from here but he could come back and tell Leo, its not like he's just gonna kick Jay out on the street.

All my thoughts focus on one main thing, Harvey.

I had to go over my plan again only now fitting Alec in it, with him there my scenario's continue to fail.

After a while of frustration I became weary and my eyelids would not stay open any longer.
