18. 𝙁𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙚

"Okay. We know the Chronoton Detonator was here, now we just have to figure out where it went." Cyborg said as he looks at his scanner and Luna looks back at the warehouse making sure they didn't miss anything. Riven stood beside her with a frown seeing her how worried she looked putting a hand on her shoulder.

"No problem. We should split up and-." Beast Boy said and Riven cuts him off. "Waste hours searching only to come up empty-handed?" Riven said making Luna nod.

"He's right, we need to stay together anyway there's a chance that we'll get attacked again." Luna said and looks at Wildfire who shakes his head not finding anything from his line of vision. "Let's keep looking." Luna said as they went around the warehouse only to look shock as they were burned by Wildfire's starbolt.

"Gesundheit." Riven said and Luna fixed her hair looking at Wildfire with an eyebrow raised making said space boy chuckle his face red.

"Forgive me. I am allergic to metallic chromium. There must be a source near--." Luna gets pulled out of the way by Riven as they avoided another blast from Wildfire, they approached him carefully. "Sorry." He apologized.

"Interesting." Cyborg said and looks at his scanner. "Not really. On my world, chromium allergies are quite common." Wildfire said.

"No. The key component of a Chronoton Detonator is a metallic chromium core, which means-." Cyborg said and Best Boy looks at Wildfire with a grin. "Wildfire can track it." He said.

"Lead the way, Wildfire." Luna said letting Wildfire in front and the team walk behind him.

Wildfire unloads another high-powered sneeze making everyone jump away which they couldn't move much since they were in a sewer.

"I believe it is this way." Wildfire said pointing ahead. They all turn around when they heard footsteps coming and Luna glares at the shadow ready to throw a spell only for her to and the team to groan.

"Robin! Are you serious?" Luna asked seeing the boy wonder looking at her with a small glare. "Yes, I'm serious. Let's get this over with... and we are going to talk about that sleeping spell." He said looking at Luna for a moment and continue the path that Wildfire pointed at.

"So...?" Beast Boy said and Luna sighs with a shrug. "Let him go, we'll talk about it later." She said as they walk for a while until Riven stops them. "We found them." He said pointing ahead.

A small speedboat in the tunnel with the detonator, one of Slade's minions was guarding it and notice them making him take off.

"Titans, go!" Robin and Luna said and they all went after the boat. "Quick! We can't let him get away!" Robin shouts only for him to be grabbed by a large stone through the wall beside him and drags him away.
