Taylor's POV:

When I woke up there was sun streaming through my balcony doors. I push the covers back and got up and stretched. It felt nice.

I walked over to the balcony doors and opened them. I felt the breeze whip through my hair and I could hear the birds chirping in the trees.

Then I remembered its my first day of school! I groaned.

I walked back into my awesome room and went to the bathroom to take a shower.

After about 20 minutes I came out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped around me. I headed to my closet. I ran my fingers over all my new clothes. There were so many to choose from!

I ended up deciding on  black ripped skinny jeans, a dark blue hollister t-shirt, and a pair of Jordan's. I mentally laughed.

I know I'm not much of a fashion person. But I think I look cool so I really don't care what people think.

I push aside that though when Brandon knocks and enters through my door. He looks at me up and down and smirks.

"Nice." He chuckles. " You look like a stud."

"Thanks." I wink.

"Breakfast is ready, I made pancakes."

"Yeah!" I exclaimed.

I beat him out the door and down the stairs. I hopped on the counter and started munching on pancakes.

"Thanks for making breakfast bro."

"No prob." He gruffs out with a mouthful of pancakes.

When we both finish eating Brandon jumps up and grabs the car keys from the counter.

"Go get your backpack and whatever you need for school. I'm goin to drop you off at school before I go to work."

"Ok." I reply.

I dashed upstairs and grabbed a hair band and tied my hair back into a neat pony tail. Then I grab my backpack from the corner of the room and dashed back down stairs. Brandon walked in swinging his keys.

"You ready yet?" He asked

"yep."

"Ok let's go." He replied.

We walked outside to his car, or should I say his truck. He lead me to a silver dodge pickup truck.

I laughed.

"Haven't ridden in one of these in a while."

Brandon looks at me and smiles.

"You know I love my trucks." He says.

"Yup you do." I laughed.

We both climbed in and he backed out of the driveway. The drive from the house to school only took about five minutes. I was surprised. My old school took a half hour drive.

We pulled into the driveway of the school. "Marinette High School, home of the wolves."

I laugh. "Really the mascot is a wolf? How original."

Brandon just gave me a look like "I know what you mean." I opened the truck door and jumped out.

"Thanks for the ride bro." I yelled as I slammed the door shut. I waved goodbye before I walked into the building.
