Chapter 8 : SHOPPING!!

3rd Person POV:

The night was pouring. The rain had been falling on the streets for hours and one of our main characters is currently outside, fighting for his life.

Y/n: "I SHOULDL'VE LISTENED TO TOWA!!" He yells into the sky as he holds onto his bag and sprints across town.

~Flashback~

TV: "As for the weather, there is a high chance that it might rain later in the evening. For those who work late at night, it is advisable to bring an umbrella.." The sounds of the T.V echo throughout the house.

Towa: "Rain huh..." She turns her head around and sees Y/n getting ready to leave for a meeting. She grabs an umbrella and walks towards him.

Y/n: "Oh Towa, like I said before I have a meeting with some clients so take care of the house while I'm gone." He informs her.

Towa: "Got it! Also here take this, I hear it might rain later in the evening." She hands the umbrella to Y/n but he refuses.

Y/n: "I don't think I will need it; it will be a quick meeting anyway. Plus, how bad can the rain be?"

Towa pouts and turns her head away, snatching the umbrella with her.

~Flashback ends~

Y/n reaches his and Towa's home. The rain was still pouring heavily and his clothes were soaked. Panting, he tried to calm his breathing while preparing for what his devilish wife might say to him.

He takes a deep breathe and rings the door bell.

Y/n: "Towa, I'm home!" He calls to her.

He waits patiently for 1 minute in the cold rain until he hears the door unlocking.

The door slowly opens, revealing Towa in her night attire. She looked upset and angry as Y/n expected. She moved out the way and following her cue, Y/n walked in, dripping water onto the floor.

Y/n: "So uhh, the rain is pretty bad..." He attempts at a conversation.

Towa: "You don't say?" She looks at him angrily, "I was worried sick! You were out there in the pouring rain WITHOUT an umbrella even though I offered you one but nooo you didn't need it." She rants to Y/n.

Y/n: "Look Towa, I'm sor-" He gets cut off by Towa.

Towa: "I care for you okay, who knows what might happen to you in this weather." Her tone saddens a bit, taking this opportunity, Y/n brings her in for a hug.

Y/n: "I'm sorry Towa, sorry for making you worry but hey look at me. I'm safe and fine." He comforts her and pats her head, "how about we just rest and eat dinner?"

Towa: "Sure, but change out of your clothes first, this isn't a very warm hug." She states while trying to release from his embrace.

Y/n: "Oh haha, yeah I'll go do that."

He lets Towa go and heads towards their room to change clothes.

Y/n: "ATHCOO!" He sneezed.

Towa: "and maybe a shower as well." She added.

Y/n POV:

Y/n: "Phew, that was refreshing." I step out of the bathroom, the steam from the shower escaping into the hallway.

I dry my hair with a towel, then wrap it around my waist to cover my lower body. I walk over to the closet to pick out some clothes to wear until I hear Towa scream from the first floor.
