Chapter two.

People were screaming and shouting as they ran everywhere trying to get the the safety of their homes. A boy child is seen standing in the middle of the chaos crying, only for a woman who seemed to be the mother to dash in and swoop the boy in her arms in one go as she continues to run.

The people ran like crazy, hitting and crashing amongst themselves, accidentally destroying things in their way.

Lydia on the other hand, glares at the huge darkish purplish misty creature.
So this is how a shadow creature looks like.

"My dear!! It's not safe here!! We have to turn around and find safety."

Lydia politely ignores the man and climbs down. "Beau!! Take this man home and don't look back."

Beau hoofs in agreement, having complete faith in his master that she can defeat this thing, while the old man looks at her as if she was crazy!!!! "What?! No!! It's not safe!!"

"Don't worry!! I will be fine!!"

"But...!"

Before he could finish, Lydia gently hits Beau on the back, causing the horse to rotate and run in full speed. The old man could only watch in despair as they left the dark skinned girl alone at the mercy of the monster.

Lydia turns to the creature that was destroying anything around. Both of them were now alone in the environment. The creature sees the girl and roars at her...which made her think of something...

How on earth was going to defeat that thing?! She really didn't think this through!!

"Wow!!" She dodged a strike. The creature growls with rage when seeing that it missed it's target. It strikes again this time with it's energy blast. Once again, Lydia avoids the attack!! It became the game of hit and miss. This went on for a while.

Lydia could tell that it was getting seriously angry and she had to act fast but how...she didn't have anything to use!! The creature strikes again and once Lydia dodges causing it have it's hand stuck to a building, having difficult in removing it.

"I could really use a weapon right now..!"

She quickly looks around to find what she could use when the creature was distracted. She grins as she sees some thing to use.. a battle sword!! One of the merchants must have abandoned during the flee.

She rushes to get it...when suddenly, her palms began to glow..

"What in Ra's name?!"

Within seconds Lydia felt something in both her hands..Swords... Golden powerful swords..where did they....

Lydia mentally smacks herself!! So that's what the millennium eyes in both her palms were meant for!! She can summon any weapon of her choice.

Horus was not only the god of light but also of war. And since he had made her his warrior..there was no way he would let her go into the battlefield without preparation!!

She smirks as she faces the creature that manages to free it's hand.

"Hey!! Buddy!!" She shouted getting the creature's attention!!

The twin swords glowed with heavenly and heavy energy. "It's time to duel.."

Both opponents then charges at each other.
