Chapter 2 : the more the merrier

After what feels like hours they finally  arrived in front of the BM tower, the tallest in all town, but also unknown to everyone, Nobody really had a chance to go inside it....

All the soldiers were wearing some military outfit, covering the entire body, even their heads were covered by masks.  these details created a feeling of discomfort in each of them, only Draxum seemed calm, like he was used to it....all the soldiers had received the order to let them pass, it was the 4 close guards of the leader of the place who greeted them.They were recognizable by  a colored line on their sleeves  gloves and boots, colors that any other soldiers didn't have. The one who seemed to be the leader was marked with green, the tallest one with white, the smallest one with yellow ones and finally the last one with pinks.

The four turtles followed  the 4 guards to the elevator were they took place, again only Draxum was still pretty serene, standing straight as always, he had such a strong and imposing posture.Leo was also trying to look as neutral as possible, frowning and clenching his jaw, like it wasn't obvious that he was trying too hard to not seem embarrassed by the situation.

only Mikey wasn't trying to hide his feeling.... he was clearly uncomfortable, being so close to strangers and especially to Draxum, in such a small space, was not his thing...                                         Raphael was more worried about those four soldiers, so silent...not a single word since they came, and those helmets that covered their faces, as if to hide, that they could never be recognized. He frowned, not taking his eyes off them the whole way up.

Donnie had put himself  way at the back, as far as possible from Draxum, even if he seemed calm, inside he would love to get out of here, far from his boss, far from his stupid brothers, even to climb each step of those long stairs to the top of the tower would have been a real blessing...

Once they got to the very last stage the 4 soldiers stepped out of the elevator leaving Draxum pass by but suddenly stopped the others like they've did something wrong. The leader started to talk, a robotic voice that sounded so weird.... and a little fake....which slightly startled Mikey, who stayed more close to Donnie, as if he could protect him.

- Your weapons,  give them to use! 

Leo and Raph frowned, thinking that this was all planned, that they would be defenseless, that without their weapons they would necessarily lose their fight.But the fact that Draxum didn't even intervene meant that there would be no fight...

Leo who had blind faith in their boss handed over his katana without discussion. Mikey hesitated in turn before handing them the few shurikens he had.

Donatello and Raphael had a harder time parting with their weapons, it was only when Leo gave them an insistent look that they reluctantly accepted. Raph took his two tekki and tekko off his hands before throwing them, these were received without problem by one of the guards.   Finally after a huge sigh it was Donnie who handed them his Bo-Fōn before crossing his arms, as if he was sulking like a kid who had his candy taken from him.

Each guards took one of the weapon before walking a long corridor, the place was so much colder than their HQ, all the walls are so colorless, their isn't a single decoration, plant or even a picture.... They arrived in a huge office, Draxum was already talking with the person behind the desk. A little lady, white hair and some pinkish skin, wearing glasses and what looked to be an purple uniforms, like an officer.

She gave a sign to her guards to locked the door behind them, making sure that they won't go away, or try anything stupid. the turtles were too focused, too busy probing the potential thoughts this woman might have. Her appearance seemed normal at first sight, but her gestures and her way of speaking trigger red signals in them, too used to this kind of manipulative person. She suddenly raised an eyebrow, like she was suddenly interested in them, like she just saw them.
