You woke up in a dusty pathway, the colour of the bricks were caramel red and seemed to be freshly made. The pathway led you to a building which seemed abandoned as there was no sense of sound, even though there were dimly lit lights at the entrance and prolly in the building.
There were no other houses or living beings nearby. Only an abandoned building in the middle of nowhere.
You looked in your surroundings and saw that there were trees and wild herbs and shrubs growing here and there. The building though... It looked really new but something of it made you think that it was really old.
You didn't think much of it as it was getting dark and the sun would soon set.
You tried to stand up but your limbs went weak. You tried your best not to fall. You started to walk your way slowly towards the building.
As you were walking through the building u felt an eary vibe.....
Not because it was abandoned
Not because there was noone
But because it felt unreal and you thought you were hallucinating or probably dreaming....You walked through a hallway and saw thousands of rooms filled with dust and rust with chairs and tables which were flipped and there were also some broken ones too. However, the floors of the hallways were clean, as if someone came and swept the floors and dusted the walls of the hallways and forgot to do the same with all of the rooms.
The air grew warm, it felt as if someone had put on a fireplace.
You peeked in one of the rooms and saw a table full of delectable treats, they looked really delicious and you wished to try one of them.
The table contained berries of many kinds, chocolates of different flavours, cheeses of different sizes and shapes, two whole chocolate and cheese fountains and marshmallows and also different types of wines and drinks.
Something of it made you think as if the treats were calling you to eat them one by one.
You tried to resist yourself of eating any of them, what if they were poisoned?
You tried hard to resist but at last, you couldn't and devoured the treats as your hunger spoke instead.
"Oh well." ,You thought, "Nothing went wrong"
You decided to go on your way again to seek someone for help and advice to escape this unknown world.
You were walking and saw that this building has many types of machineries and tools as there were small holes and cracks in the floor and there were leakages on the ceilings with a blackish liquid dropping in a certain pattern."Was this a workplace, which is now.... abandoned?"
You thought to yourself .
Curiosity grew over you and you started exploring rooms which seemed endless.
The floors had no end even though it seemed to be a 8- story building.
The rooms were like a maze with each room having a certain property and uniqueness.
You could get lost here.
The warmth of the air started to disappear as the floors started to ascend.
There were many elevators around the corner but you didn't dare to take those as there were no humans controlling and on the other hand, what if you got stuck in those, there would be no way out.
So safely, you took the stairs which did make you tired and worn out. After a while, you were rumaging through your jeans pocket to find a pair of scissors, a pocket knife and a few candies.
Strange.
You had taken some food and drinks from the table previously to keep you energised through every single thing that might come in your way. After a few searches, you came to a room with nothing but a chair
A blue chair.
Oddly enough, it was mesmerizing to watch,
It had no scratch, no dust and seemed to be made with fresh wood and new paint.
It was making you feel uneasy and at the same time calm.
The room had a beautiful big wide window which was the size of the wall.
The low light shone through the window and on to the chair. It was just breathtaking.
It made your curiosity grow more and more...
