Third POV

It was the middle of the night and Rohan started to get very worried for Josuke of not coming back from the store like he promised. "That's it I'm going to call him or his mother if I have to". He said picking up his phone and calling his boyfriend first, no answer, and then again, no answer, and another, still no answer. "Damn it, where are you Josuke?". He said now calling his mother which she answered back.

"Hello?". She said. "Hey Mrs.Joestar, have you seen Josuke lately? He hasn't come back from the store like he told me and is already midnight at the time". He said nervously. "N-No I haven't..what happened? Where is he?". She asked now worried for his son. "That is what I'm asking you, and I guess you don't have a clue either". He said. "No I don't, should we go to the police station to file a missing person report?". She said.

"I think we might have to, should we go to the police station together?". He asked. "Yeah, I'll pick you up as quick as I can". She said. "Okay, I'll be waiting, bye". He said as he hanged up. "Shit..this is not good. God Josuke, what have you got yourself into?". He mumbled under his breath.

Meanwhile in Jail....

Jotaro's POV

Tch, this mess couldn't get even worse than this. I really didn't care about being stuck in this prison cell nor in Jail even, I've been through worse than this shitty as place. There was nothing that I can't escape from than here, however, even if I did escape free, they would still see me as a danger to society and try to capture me back in here. I just need to find another way to show them or at least prove them that I'm not the bad guy here, but Koichi's. But either if he's dead or even alive since he has his stand and all. That little bitch deserved what he had coming to him.

*creak*

I heard the door creak hearing a police officer voice calling out. "Thanks guys, I'll take it from here today". Said the officer closing the security metal door behind him, hearing him walk down the stairs and towards my cell. "Hello Jotaro, how you've been?". He said. "Tch, fuck off bitch. I ain't talking to you". I said being annoyed o this officer trying to make small talk to me. "Alright fine fine. I'll shut up for now. But you know I gotta keep a close eye on you either way". He said grabbing a chair and seated himself.

"Tch, whatever". I mumbled under my breath. *ring ring*. "Oh, damn. I gotta take this. Don't you dare do anything suspicious while I'm gone". He said pointing at me with his finger. I didn't look at him but rather flipped him off while I lit up a cigarette with my lighter. "Tch, can't believe it". He said walking away from where I can't see him anymore. I couldn't help but over hear his conversation with someone he was talking to, cause why not?, I'm bored and there was nothing else to do here.

"Hey honey, how are you?". Said the officer. "Oh, I'm doing good here. Gotta keep a look out for these criminals and all hehe". He said. Criminals my ass, more like mother fucking assholes to me. I kept overhearing his conversation a little bit more and boy, let me tell you. It kinda got my interest a bit. "Don't worry honey, I'll be home in a few hours once my shift is done here. Maybe, we could do something as well, like, eat at a fine restaurant, watching the stars at night, drinking wine together, and...doing...you know..". He said heating up the conversation.

I was annoyed and most likely disgusted by it but I ignored it and kept listening closely. "H-Huh? What?, you already have plans today? , we'll...what are you going to do?". He asked. "Going out with your friends for the night?, we'll, alright then....but-...I can't come?, why not? ...ladies night out. Oh, ok...then, do I take you there or something?, no?, ok then. I...I thought you weren't doing anything today since I said goodbye to you, not to mention the way you acted and looked when I left. I was going to cheer you up of my idea and all, but I guess not since your telling me this now. ....no, no, it's..it's alright. Yeah, I'll go hang out with Jim later, once I'm done working. Ok then, but you better be careful for me alright? Don't do nothing crazy or dumb...okay....love you too. Bye love". He said hanging up the phone and hearing him sigh.
