You slowly opened your eyes, waking up in an unifamiliar room.

maybe it was all a nightmare? you take a quick look at your surroundings to realize that you're still inside the hotel.

Still unsure if it was a nightmare or not, you slowly got up from the bed.

God, how much you regretted entering this damn place.

You looked at your surroundings, this time paying more attention to the details:

the bed you were in had a red blanket, one dresser by its side, one cabinet at the side of the room and you see two doors.

You opened one of the doors to encounter four hallways, each of them with 2 doors by the opposite directions, you also found the door to the next room, unfortunately it was locked.

You sighed and started searching for the key, you entered the small room and searched through the dressers.

But then you heard a quiet sound coming from one of the beds, you looked at where the sound was coming from and you found the key

You smiled and stretched out your to get it

suddenly

something grabbed your hand by your pulse from behind

you felt someone behind you. You looked behind you to see him again.

"Oh, so it looks like you're trying to scape from me, huh?" He says, with a seemingly calm tone in his voice, but his expression told you otherwise "come on my dear, don't be scared... I promise, i will never hurt you like i did to you yesterday..."

You stayed quiet, shocked and scared, you slowly looked back at the key, you were so close...

"Come on my "life"... this place is... too dangerous for you. I... shouldn't be protecting you like i am now... so you should be grateful for my favor!" he said as he rested his head in the crook of your neck, nuzzling you there

He was creeping you out, but you couldn't do anything about it... it seemed that he was stronger than you, somehow.

You two stayed like this for a while until he lifted you up in his arms, in bridal style.

he took the key and purposefully dropped it on the floor.

He laid you under the blanket, and he laid with you by your side. He put his hand on your back and pulled you way too close to him.

He started humming a small tune for you to fall asleep...

Honestly, you couldn't be able to sleep with a creep...

but you got an idea on how to scape him...

you pretended to be asleep, and he stared at you for 7 minutes straight, before, eventually, falling asleep too.

You waited some more minutes, then you, slowly opened your eyes, and slowly pulled away from him, you took a look at his face, he seemed so calm and peaceful... he didn't even look like he would be capable of forcing someone to be with him... forever

You, slowly, walked towards the key and, carefully picked it up, and then opening the door.

You walked towards the locked door and unlocked it,

"Door 67" was written in front of it

you opened it and immediately started running as fast as you could, with eyes closed, passing through the doors without even looking at their numbers,

door 68, door 69, door 70, door 71...

At what would be door 71 you tripped down and stumbled on the floor, you slowly looked up, it a dark room, but so dark, that you couldn't even see your own nose.

You got up and started stumbled in a roundish thing.
"SCREECH-"
You suddenly heard a loud high pitch 'screech' and jumped and falled on the floor, again
"WHAT THE-" you looked at the creature that caused that sound,  it was a... flying ball with ink, tentacles and white shining like eyes...? Oh well

It started laughing like a maniac child, then after a while it looked at you and said
"YOU HURT ME! NOW GET READ FOR A BITE" It said while biting the air and getting closer to you. As you slowly got up, you just stared at it with... disgust?

It was your first time seeing that thing here so I don't judge you-

It looked at you and said "just kidding, I'm not hungry!" It said with an satisfied look in its face "Also, why you're here? This place is no place for a human to be. In fact, you should be dead now" it said with a grin.

You looked at it and ignored it

The creature looked at you, surpringly, not smiling this time. it looks like you had hurt its feelings by ignoring it

"Come on, don't get mad at me!" You ignored the creature again, making it become even more unhappy

"heeey... what if I help you go through these rooms, since some of them are dark and with my presence I could, uhhhh... help you not stumble into something, aaaaand.... Maybe the other screeches won't attack you...?" It said with an excited but confused tone in its voice "what do you say?" It says as it closed its eyes and started grinning again

You stopped walking, thinking what you would answer...
"... fine, just don't be annoying... please......?" You said, while looking at it.

It opened its eyes and grinned "ALRIGHT!" It said loudly and started... running? Floating? In circles, as it was giggling.

It slowed down and said "follow me!" As it started guiding you through the room

You sighed and started following it...
