Y/N POV

I was on my way to my part time job, I worked as an assistant at the FBI base. I was also in college for criminal justice, doing both of those and having no family is quite hard.

I had gotten lunch for the people I worked with. I got Cody the Big Mac, Sarah the happy meal, Roman another Big Mac, Ally the chicken nuggets, and I had gotten my self some chicken nuggets.

I walked to my desk and sat next to Roman and we chatted and did our paper work. "Did you hear that because shield isn't currently in Maine that Loki, God of Mischief is staying here in the lower levels" he whispered to me. "What!" I whisper yelled.

We worked for a few hours before our director, Director Anthony Wolfard walked up to us "hello sir" I said with a smile "hello Y/N" he said with a little smile, Anthony was quite nice, but he was really serious about his job. As you probably guessed, him and Nick Fury are good friends.

"You 5 will be watching our new prisoner around the clock" he said "what?" Sarah said confused. "Taylor you will watch him 7am- 12pm" Sarahs classes didn't start till 2 pm. "McCall, 12-5pm" Cody did online college. "Brown, 5pm-10pm" Roman and I had a few collage classes together. "Evans 10-2am" Ally wasn't in college, she just finished college last year she's the oldest of us. "And L/N, 2-7am"

Just great I had 5 hours to deal with a god. "You will start right now McCall, and you guys are getting payed 18/hour for this instead of 12/hour" I silently cheered while McCall packed up and followed Director Wolfard.

Around 6pm I went to my apartment, made dinner for my self, took a nap, ate ice cream, and read a book. I always loved reading, it was quite fascinating. I used it more as an escape more than quality time away from screens.

My alarm set for my shift soon went off and I got dressed into better closes and ready to try not to get fired.

When I arrived Director Wolfard was waiting for me "good morning Y/N" He said with a nod "good morning to you to sir" I said with a smile. He led me to the elevator, entered a code and we started going down. I watched him enter the code, 39271 was the code. We went down what felt like 3 floors and got off.

"Don't let him trick you, he's known for his foolish shit" He said while opening a door. I nodded and he ushered me into the room, inside was a glass prison cell with a black haired, green suited guy with handcuffs in it. "Why hello" he said.

"I see you brought me a new babysitter" he said with a scoff "yes she will be watching you for a while" Wolfard said. "Be safe" he whispered before leaving. I sat down on the floor across from the cell.

"What's your name mortal" he asked, I sighed "Y/N L/N" i smiled a little to be friends "Loki laufeyson, god of mischief, shape-shifter, and trickster at your service" he bowed and I rolled my eyes. "You should respect gods you puny mortal" he scoffed "I'm an independent woman don't tell me what to do" I snapped.

I grabbed my book from my bag and read it while he did what ever he did.

"You don't seem too fond of me" Loki said "oh wow what gave you that hint" I said sarcastically. Loki just scoffed. "Most people are scared of me but you are just sitting there not caring" he walked to the glass closest to me. "Cause I don't care, and why be scared. If you were to kill me I wouldn't be loosing anything but myself" I shrugged "mortals" he mumbled under his breath.

After my shift was over Wolfard came down with Sarah, she seemed a little scared. "Thank you L/N" Director Wolfard said, I nodded my head and walked with him to the elevator.

I went home and had gotten a text from Sarah that read "omg this god is so hot" I laughed and replied "hot but dangerous" "he's a bad boy 😏" I laughed and out m phone down to do some homework.
