"I have taken a liking to you Antak. You never gave up and fought with all your might. And you are much stronger than I had initially expected. If possible I would love to spend my time here as your friend instead of an enemy"

"You really are something else huh. Not looking down on me even after defeating me so badly. Fine I accept, as long as you do not mean any harm. But first I would need you to take me someplace to heal, since I won't be able to help you otherwise."

"Oh right. You may be having some advanced technologies here for that. Ok then guide the way"

With that rimuru and co carried Antak to the healing room, where he spent a few hours.  

Finally he came out fully healed. 

"Yosh now that you are fully recovered, lets start with the most important question. Wh-"

"Do cyborgs poop?" asked milim suddenly.

"......"

"Huh? he is a cyborg right?" asked milim with a serious face.

"Listen milim. We are having a serious conversation here. You go there and play with veldora and Ramiris" said rimuru with a sigh.

"But-"

"I will give you extra sweets when we return" cut rimuru.

Milim ran away towards veldora and ramiris at once.

'Too easy' thought rimuru.

"Sorry for that. Now then lets come back to the topic"

"Let me start from the beginning then. I m sure you are curious about everything anyway, so it will be easier this way." said Antak

"Right lets do this" said guy

"As far back as I remember, I was a child born solely for one purpose in life, one drilled into my brain ever since I became conscious, to be the perfect subject for the greatest experiment of one of the most genius scientists of that time. This island is, or was, his research facility. From the moment I could walk, I was taught to fight. 12 hours a day I was trained physically in various fighting techniques, and the other 12 hours I was trained mentally in various studies. I was one of the many children in a research facility, each one of us was a chosen elite from our respective backgrounds and had out bodies modified so that we do not need any sleep and thus could work 24 hours a day" Antak took a brief pause, reminiscing those painful days of his life.

"Damn that sounds really awful" said rimuru

"Yeah those were very harsh days" continued Antak "and one day finally from among all of the children present there, I was chosen to be brought to this island as the most exceptional child in the facility, perfect for the experiment of the great scientist."

"You must really hate this scientist guy then, since you had to suffer hell due to him" said leon.

"No that is not the case actually." replied Antak "Its true that I didn't exactly like him in the beginning since I blamed him for my hellish life, but now in fact I love him more than anything else in this world. He was my greatest treasure, and now this island which is his legacy, is my one and only treasure and I will go to any lengths in order to protect it" said Antak firmly.

"That's quite a surprise. How did it come to that from being hated to being loved to that degree?" asked Rimuru curiously.

"That is the unfortunate part. You see It has been about 900 years since I was brought here, and I have no memories of anything from then to about 800 years ago at all, when I remember being all alone on this island, with trace of my master anywhere" replied Antak "I don't remember at all about my time spent here, what was my relationship with him, when was my entire body modified to become like this, how am I able to use all these weapons so efficiently when I don't even remember seeing them in my life. Its like my soul is empty inside, the only thing that remains is this feeling, this warm feeling of being loved, this feeling that I once had something filled in my soul, this feeling that there is someone whom I love more than anything, and for whom I can even suffer in the very flames of hell" 

Antak's voice became heavier and heavier as he continued, it was as if he could burst out in tears at any moment. And so he continued to tell his life story, whatever he remembered of it that is.

"So all this time you have been trying to find out where your master is? Why did you never leave this island to search in the outside world then?" asked Rimuru

"Well for one thing there was no ship or any other kind of vessel on this island which I can use for escape. And even if I try to make one myself, I lack the necessary knowledge to build an advanced ship capable of leaving this island safely amidst all those sea monsters and the permanent stormy weather surrounding this island. Also I highly doubted that my master was still alive anymore since he would have come back if he were. So my best bet was to find out whatever I could on this island itself" explained Antak

"That's heavy" said luminas

"So were you able to find anything?" asked Guy

"Well I did find written pieces of text in many places, but I m not able to read them, or more accurately I have forgotten how to read and write that language" replied Antak in a dejected tone

"Oh you mean like these?" said rimuru while pointing towards a small stone scripture

"Yes. But its useless"

"Oi Rimuru help him out" said guy with a smile

"Leave it to me" 

"What? You mean you are able to read those?" asked Antak surprised 

"Yep. Want me to write down all the details about the translation from our language to this one so that you can learn it later?"

"You can really do that? I would be forever in your debt please do it" requested Antak

"Tch Tch Tch not like that Antak. Remember we are friends now and friends help each other all the time. So you don't have to feel indebted to me" said rimuru with a smile

"T-Thank you Rimuru!"
