This contains information of a new alien species I made up, and an Oc based off of it!

A species of biological cybernetic organism hailing from the planet Cybertron. These presumably near-extinct preshistoric dinosauric, titanus, metal beasts are heavily armored and equipped with heavily artillery, external and internal. These creatures were apex predators and measured up to 29,340 feet tall and 822 to 840 feet long.
Reports showed these mechanical monsters were capable of transforming, much like the modern-day Cybertronians, however, it was much more complex than the typical T-cog. Such specimens were rare and few, but there is one that is fairly famous amongst them.
The most famous of these rare transformation-capable beasts is a mech named Armasternus Citadel, or Armasternus for short.
