Cat’s POV:
I was lying in bed wondering what to be when I grew up. I wanted to become a unicorn! Yeah! I feel like I need to be doing something, something important. I shrug it off. I hear Robbie come inside and come into bed with me. “Hey Cat!” Robbie says and kisses me on the head. “How’d your studying go?” He questioned. I froze. Shit. “Great!” I said with a weak smile. “Well that’s good, I studied with Andre and boy it was tough!” Robbie said with a tired look on his face. I smiled weakly. “You’ll do great on the test tomorrow!” Robbie said and kissed me. I felt extremely guilty. I had trouble falling asleep but eventually I fell asleep.
**The next day**
I was in class studying when I saw Robbie come in. “Hey love, you studied all night, no more!” Robbie says and closes the book. “But I-“I’m interrupted by Sikowitz who has the tests. I gulped. “Alright young children, books away, pencil out.” Sikowtiz told us. I looked up at the ceiling and hoped it would be easy. When I look down, I see a test on my desk. I know NOTHING. I’m scared of how Robbie will react when he realizes I didn’t study. I bubble in random answers and hopefully I’ll get some correct. HONK. HONK. I put down my pencil at once and realized Sikowitz honking a horn. “Times up little kiddies.” He told us. I was freaking. I knew I failed. He’ll have these graded by tomorrow. Yikes. “Hey Cat!” a voice said. “AH, I’M SORRY!” I shouted. I turned around to see Jade. “Cat, are you ok?” Jade asked. “Uh, yeah fine.” I say and start to walk away.
Jade’s POV:
I could see something was wrong with Cat. I pulled her inside the janitor’s closet. “Cat, what’s wrong?” I questioned her. “Really, it’s nothing jade!” Cat tells me. “Please tell me, I’m your best friend.” I put my hand on her shoulder. She takes a deep breath. “I lied to Robbie and told him I studied when I didn’t and I know I failed the test!” Cat cries out. “Shh, Cat its ok, it’ll be ok.” I hug her. “Tell Robbie before its too late, ok?” I tell her. “GUYS, TESTS RESULTS ARE IN!” I hear shouting. It’s Sikowitz. I take Cat’s hand and he gives me my test. I smile at my grade, I got an A on it and Beck said if I got a B or higher, I’d get a reward. I saw Cat crying when she got hers back. I groaned. She didn’t tell him did she.
Robbie’s POV:
“Yes, 100!” I shouted happily. I saw Cat crying. “Hey, you ok?” I asked. She was hiding her grade. “Show me your grade.” I said sternly. She shook her head. “Cat, now.” I said sternly once more. She gave me the test. She got a 40 on the test! “Cat, what the hell is this?” I asked angrily. “Um, I” Cat started to say. The bell rang. School was over and I grabbed Cat by the arm and brought her inside. “Did you lie to me?” I asked Cat. “Yes.” Cat said quietly. SMACK. “Why’d you lie?” I asked. “I-I don’t know!” Cat cried out.
