Later that night after Jacob and Billy left Kat was in her room and she called Renee to let her know that they had arrived all right and were settled in, the two talked for a while before Kat had to go because she had school the next day it would her first day at Forks High School.

After she hung up with Renee, Kat set her alarm so that she could get up in time to shower and curl her hair into its normal ringlets.

Kat's alarm went off right on time the next morning waking her up, the teenager got up and made her way to the bathroom to take a shower and once she was finished, she got dressed and curled her hair just like she normally does and to finish off the look she put on another pair of her signature heels.

If there was one thing to know about Katerina Swan it's that you wouldn't find her in anything but heels, she can run in heels better than most girls can run in sneakers.

After that, she grabbed her bag and walked downstairs, where Bella shook her head at Kat, "One of these days you are going to break your neck in a pair of those"

Kat just smirked at her 'twin' "Nah baby Bells. Unlike you I have coordination and I've mastered the heels I can even run in them." Kat grabbed some breakfast and then the two left for school and just like she said the previous day, Kat refuses to drive the monstrosity that is their only ride to school.

Bella pulls into the parking lot and parks we get out of the truck and some kid comments on the truck "Nice ride"

Kat can tell he is being sarcastic but Bella not so much as she replies to the kid "Thanks." Kat winced to herself at her sister's rusty people skills, this is why Kat usually is the one to handle the interactions, she's not awkward like Bella is.

Kat heard some girls on the other side of the truck laughing so she narrowed her eyes at them in a way that said 'Keep laughing at my sister. I dare you' and her glare shuts them up real quick.

They walk into the school, and they are approached by Eric Yorkie, "You're Isabella and Katerina Swan, the new girls."

Kat of course can't help the sarcastic remark that slipped out of her mouth "No really."

Her comment gets ignored as Eric keeps talking "Hi, I'm Eric the eyes and ears of this place, anything you need a tour guide, lunch date, a shoulder to cry on?"

Kat shook her head "I'm good."

Bella looks at him "I'm really more kind of the suffer-in-silence type."

Eric doesn't miss a beat though "a good headline for your feature... I'm on the school paper and you two are news baby, front page."

Bella looks at him and shakes her head "No I'm not."

Kat shrugged, she didn't mind, "I'm always down for some attention... but Bella, on the other hand, count her out of that."

Bella starts to stutter Eric and he's all chill about it "Okay whoa chillax. No feature," Kat smirked thinking 'I think maybe I'm gonna get along with this kid after all.'

After that the two went their separate ways since they had different classes, Bella had P.E. but Kat had Algebra II, which was the only class that they didn't have together. It was now lunchtime and Bella and Kat walked in with Mike Newton.

Kat had just met the kid and already she didn't like him all that much, there was just something about him that she didn't like as they sat down at the table Eric looked at Mike "Hey Mikey, I see you met my girls Bella and Kat?"

Mike looks at him "Your home girls?'' Then the kid that commented on the truck earlier Tyler Crowley comes up and kisses both of them on the cheek "my girls'' then takes off with Mike's chair.
