The Babysitter

Elizabeth's P.O.V

I ran into my bedroom and went straight to my closet what am I going to wear? I was ripping my whole entire closet a part untill I found the perfect outfit.  It was a cream-colored long sleeve dress with lace, and this blue teal scarf, and then matching teal shoes.  I went into the bathroom and curled my hair and applied my make up.  My makeup was foundation, blush, a tiny bit of nude eye shadow, eyeliner, mascara, and then some tint for my lips.  I played with hair for a little bit and then I grabbed my purse, jacket and phone and then went straight back to the hospital. 

I arrived at the hospital and I saw it was only 7 so I decided to go visit Hayes.

I knocked on the door and then opened it and saw that Hayley wasn't there.  She must be getting water. I went next to Hayes and kneeled down.  I grabbed his hand and squeezed it.  I kissed his hand and since Hayley was not back I decided to leave. I walked to the outside and josh was standing there wearing a casual but not to casual outfit. He had his beautiful dirty blond hair spiked up and he had flowers in his hand.  My goodness he was romantic. "Hey." I said giving him a hug.

"Hi, I know we only met like an hour ago but I can tell im falling for you." Josh said.  I started to blush so I looked down at my feet. "Come on." He said while gesturing for me to take his hand.  I grabbed it and he led me far into the mall.

"Where are we going?"

"Somewhere special." We ended up at this burger place but it was a really sweet place.

"So josh, tell me about yourself." I said after we had ordered our food.

"Okay, so my name is Joshua Davis, I am 16, born in California but I moved here when I was 3.  I play lacrosse and yeah." He said while smiling.  He had a beautiful smile.  "Now tell me about yourself Elizabeth."

"Okay so my name is Elizabeth Hankinson, I am 16 years old, born and raised in North Carolina, I am a cheerleader, and I like to eat food."  And as if planned our food arrived just then.

We had finished our food and Josh and I just started so many conversations and I don't really think we finished any of them, but what I do know is that we had a lot in common.

"Elizabeth if you don't mind me asking.  What happened to your best friends boyfriend?"

"Oh..." I started to tear up a little bit.

"If you don't want to talk about it you don't have to." He said while grabbing my hands.

"Oh no its okay.  So Hayes and Hayley were out running earends or something and a car hit them.  Hayley was okay but Hayes suffered from many injuries and now he is in a coma."

"I am so sorry.  Were you close to Hayes?"

"Ummmm, I guess, I mean I'm always with Hayley and she is always with Hayes so yeah." I said looking down at my hands.

"Well, shall we go back?" Josh stood up and took my hand. "I'm guessing you want to be dropped off to Hayley?"

"Yes please." We made our way back and once we were outside of the hospital Josh kissed my cheek and then left.  Oh how I was falling for him.

I walked into Hayes's room and Hayley were she was supposed to be. Next to him.

Hayley's P.O.V:

I was next to Hayes when Elizabeth walked in with a smile on her face.  "I'm guessing the date went well?"

All she could do was nod her head up and down.  "Kind of."
