Pelco is a seawing who goes to Jade Moutain where she meets a leafwing named Oaktail.
When three students go missing and two more attacked, everyone seems to blame Oaktail.
As Pelco's crush on Oaktail expands, she refuses to belive he's the attacker and sets out to solove the mystery and find the assailant.
The book takes place four years after book 15 but there shouldn't be too many spoillers.
