Pain In The Flank

I woke up to quite the comfy mattress but only to see I was in a cage

(This was like the time I went inside my dogs cage when I was little and I got stuck!) I thought to myself

I started smacking the door to the cage with my tail but it wouldnt open

I didnt notice but I was back in the same cabin as that white bunny was watching me from a couch

I seen the white bunny hop towards the cage and look at me with a smirk

"Please man you gotta get me out of here!" I pleaded to the bunny

It didnt look like I was getting any help as all he did was just blow his tounge at me and hop away

"That son of a-" I said getting cut off to a yellow mare walking into the cabin

She walked in with some kind of can with animal food

Another thing I didnt notice was my left paw was stinging like crazy

I picked it up to take a look at the damage which wasnt so bad....is what I would say if there wasnt a huge thorn in my paw which had blood showing only a bit and swelling around the whole thing

I must had got it from running after those bunnies whole stole my food by not looking where I was going

As I seen it apprently the yellow pony did see it to, and she gasped

"Dont worry Ill fix you right up!" The yellow mare said to me

She set the things she had down and walked into a different room, then came back with a first aid kit

She sat at the front of the cage and opened it and patted the front of it telling me I could finally come out

"This is going to burn for a quick second but you'll be okay" She said calmly

I did walk up to the front but she grabbed my paw and dipped a rag into something WHICH like she described, BURNED!

I flinched back as my eyes watered and I stayed in the back of the cage where she wouldnt touch me again

"Im sorry...I told you it was gonna burn but please let me pull it out and wrap it up it could cause an infection" She told me

I knew all about first aid kits with that burning saline liquid I just didnt want her to pull it out

The last time I got a thorn was because I was playing on a wooden playground when I fell it caused a huge splinter that my mom had to pull out which hurt even more than making cereal and not knowing you dont have milk

The one in my hand now was even bigger...maybe because my hands are smaller but I knew it was gonna hurt like a wiggly tooth getting ready to come out

"You leave me no choice..." She said to me with her voice getting stern

She started to try and crawl into the cage with me to pull me out but with me not having that it made me mad

I could feel the electricity course through me as electric shocks were flashing across my cheeck

The yellow mare who was surpised by my light show had wide eyes and backed up slowly to close the cage

But now in a long second there was a huge electric shock covering all in and out of the cage

The mare was flabbergasted at what she just saw me do

She also had a little bit of black dust covering her face

I grabbed my arm afraid of going near my huge splinter because it was stinging so bad

I put up a down face and my eyes teared up a little because I was being a little wuss about a thorn in my hand
