every month around the same week i smell blood from my partner. i never can ask because he stays under the blanket the whole week.

i want to ask him what's going on but i don't think it's my place to say anything. i did some research and it said "period"? i also googled into that and it said only a women could but- vanitas is a man...right? so i looked into that as well.

im now on my way to the store to get some non-sweet chocolate for him, since he really doesn't like anything sweet.

i start heading home but ran into Domi, so i ask her a few questions about this "period."

she laughed at me after she found out that i didn't know what it was, but she told me how he works and all the ways to make the pain go away slightly.

i thanked her and went back to our shared room, knowing he'd be asleep i put everything under my blanket, yes we sleep in different beds..still, then i started a bath for him. i never seen his body before let alone someone that's goes so far as to using a knife to protect it.

i go to wake him up, eventually he comes out clearly annoyed but looked somewhat relieved when i showed him the chocolate. i tell him that i have a bath ready for him and he agrees to it.

i carry him to the bath, letting him undress himself asking if it's okay to keep his bra on, i said it's fine and sat him in the tub. slowly washing him as he apologized over and over again for not telling me sooner, i told him it's fine that he wasn't ready to tell me yet.

he started to cry and explain to me everything, i comforted him as much as i could.

he eventually stopped and asked to get out, i helped him out and layed him on the bed.

i held him as he fell sleep, soon i fell asleep as well.
