FOR Benjamin

Knowing that my life will never run dry because of you. Until your heart stopped and ran dryer then the desert.

"Don't Blame me love made me crazy

If it doesn't you ain't doin it right..."

Matilda Peru sat in the cold atmosphere of the arena, seated in the front row with Charlie Vince pop her. Neither of them liked the box seat that Austin offered them, the two never really got along with the other girls who knew the teams wives or girlfriends—when they were together apparently they were 'too loud' which was super confusing to the both of them.

"No Matti. Your supposed to pop it like this!" Charlie exclaimed not even paying attention to the game, "Yeah but—No I did it like that!" Matilda told her, they argued into intermission when before the Toronto maple leafs got off the ice Austin hit the glass—none the less startled then Charlie turned to him slowly, "NO! AUSTIN YOU'VE RUINED MY TRAIN OF THOUGHT!" She yelled at him and he smiled pointing at the doors to the locker room.

Charlie rolled her eyes and dragged Matilda with her over to the locker room. "Yes, my love?" Charlie asked her boyfriend of three years sarcastically, "well. Did you see my lovely stick handling?" He asked her and she smiled, "I did. And I argued with Matti at the same time so really did I see it?" She asked him and he smirked up at her.

"Matti did you see it?" Austin Matthews asked her and she smiled politely, "No, sorry. I'm not even sure what stick handling really even is." Matilda Peru told him honestly, and Charlie laughed, "She doesn't understand Hockey!" Charlie Vince announced and Austin smiled, "and all your friends are hockey players?" He asked and she shrugged, "Go! This is your break. You should have it!" Matilda told her friend and he gave her a subtle nod. "Fine. Bye Char, later Matti!" Austin exclaimed disappearing behind the dark curtains.

"Matti. Can you lie for once in your life to keep his ego alive?" Charlie Vince asked her friend who just shrugged, "I don't know, Lying isn't the best and I am not. A lier—like that's not my thing." Matilda admitted and her friend rolled her eyes, "Anyway. Can we just talk about how short you are?!" She asked and Matilda let out an unsatisfied groan.
