~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 3 weeks after the defeat of pitch Jack noticed something was... wrong, he was seeing something in his dreams but he couldn't rember, all he knows is he woke up with tears in his eyes an shaking for some reason so he narrowed it down to his dreams.
He hasn't seen the guardians since after they defeted pitch, he thought they were busy and since he blamed himself for Easter he didn't want to bother bunnymund anymore he was feeling...... sick like their was a knot in his stomach the more he thought about it he wanted to throw up from guilt layered ontop of confusion and "fear"... he decided to visit Jamie later to get rid of these thoughts but it was starting to get warmer in Burgess so he may have to be quick about it
Jack has looked in a mirror after the battle with pitch and noticed some changes is his appearance his eyes were closed more he may have just been tired but he also noticed his hair length and hight kept changing he got shorter, some days he would go back to normal height or taller and when he got shorter his hair got longer a bit like when he was 15... atlest that's what he remembers from the memory box a, he doesn't feel like he lived the memories tho he only saw so much in short time... it never felt like his life just watching someone else's memories.
Jack was almost done with his job but he felt something calling him at his lake ofcouse he followed it, like he always has its not like he was ever taught better then to not come to a random stranger.. or thing calling his name, he's only 15 mentally after all.
He knew what the voice calling him was he always knew after the first time he realized that this may be a normal thing from now on its not something he should do but if they are calling him he can atleast make it less painful.
He follows the sound till he sees someone standing ankel deep in his pond freezing and shaking
"Please Idon't wanna do this anymore" the girl begged
"I don't either kid" Jack mumbled to himself
He noticed the girl was covered in bruises he flew infront of her, he grabbed her head and kissed her forehead then she froze... he knew they were there for only one thing, to beg to die, and even the humans know if they do this there's no coming back they weren't going to survive out here anyways he can just give them a painless death or calm in some ways.
The girl was laying there at the edge of the pond in the moonlight dead, he noted the time of death 9:30pm.
Jack felt more of the throw up feeling and the knot in his stomach got worse he decided to finish his job when he finished it was 10:30 so he assumed Jamie would be awake and since it was night it was a bit colder then usual but when it's not freezing it starts to mess with jack a bit He flew walked towards Burgess because he didn't feel like flying
