Someone Special

Later on in the morning the time is 11: 36 and Fatima wakes up to Zac sitting at the edge of the bed staring off into space silently. Fatima gets up and uses the restroom and washes her face a brushes her teeth and then she goes back into the room and sits next to him she didn't say a word ,and neither did he that's just how strong their bond was they were communicating beyond words he didn't have to say what was on his mind bc she already knew, Zac rests his head on Fatima's lap as she rubs on his head finally breaking their silence Fatima speaks "It's gonna be okay you didn't know." Zac slightly nods and sheds a tear, but quickly wipes it away "I know I'm forever gon be okay long as I got you" "you truly are someone special" Zac states

Fatima: I'm glad you know that ... go ahead and take your shower and I'm going to fix some breakfast okay babe?

Zac nods his head ,kisses her on the cheek, and heads into the bathroom to take his shower. Fatima sits on the foot of the bed thinking for a minute,then she retreats to the kitchen to make breakfast. 25 minutes later Zac comes into the kitchen to a plate of grits ,eggs ,sausage, waffles ,and hash browns on the table waiting for him as Fatima is just finishing up cleaning up the kitchen.

Zac: Thank you baby! Where yo plate at?
Fatima: Yeah im not really hungry rn so I just made your food,but I still gotta take a shower anyways.
Zac: sit down with me

Fatima complies and sits down next to Zac and he once again prays over the food as he does every day.

Zac: Alright look baby, I don't want you not eating.
Fatima: I know,but I'm actually really not hungry I wouldn't finish my plate if I had made one.
Zac: come here ,come sit on daddy's lap.
Fatima: Zac! (Smiling)
Zac: I'm dead serious c'mon

Fatima gets up out of her seat and sits on zacs lap ,Zac is using one hand to eat and the other one is wrapped around Fatima. "Hmm baby just eat a little for me"
Zac says as he digs into his plate and lifts up a fork full of eggs and feeds it to Fatima followed by a spoonful of grits. Alright baby before you go and take yo shower imma need you to eat either half of this sausage of half of this waffle ,which one you want mama? Zac says. Fatima thinks about it for a couple of seconds and she chooses the waffle "I geuss you had enough sausage huh?" Zac said playfully and fatima hits him in the shoulder "you play too much " zac cuts the waffle up and feeds it to her as he is eating simultaneously ,when she's done with her half of the waffle Zac kisses her and releases her to go take her shower as he finishes up the remainder of his plate ,then classes down up a cup of coffee and goes to make up the bed. Fatima gets out the shower 30-35 mins later.

"Damn my baby Fine" Zac exclaimed as Fatima stepped out the bathroom fully dressed in Tom Ford heels and a knee length dress that hugged every curve." So is mines " Fatima shot back as she walked over to zac and fixed his collar. "You ready to go?" Fatima asked still staring in his eyes. Yea I'm ready ..." we can go " Zac answered. The walked out to the car and per usual Zac opened and closed Fatima's door then he got in himself, threw on his seat belt and pulled off.

Meanwhile at the hospital key has went to the hospital to see his cousin but she's sleeping and he don't wanna wake her up so he sits in the waiting room until she wakes up

Zac and fatima have made it to the hospital and they talk to the front desk lady and they send a nurse who fills him in on how Karen is doing

Nurse: Hello sir I'm assuming you're here for Karen Mott.
Zac: Yes I'm here to check on her and the baby.
Nurse: Okay well she's fine ,but the baby...
Zac: don't tell me it didn't make it.
Nurse: No I was going to say that we have no knowledge of her being pregnant.
Zac: wait what she was shot in the stomach and she was just starting to show. And speaking of her stomach how damaged is it?
Nurse: well the prosthetic that she was wearing really helped with-
Zac: prosthetic? Wtf a prosthetic what? belly?
