My boss decided to bring us to a cafe nearby, she orders her drink and food. She asked if I wanted anything, I declined not wanting to waste her money. She insists that I can order anything I want, but I continue to decline. So she decided to order for me. She order coffee cake and a milkshake, I told her she didn't need to do that, but she insisted... once our food came, she looked at me and I'm not entirely sure what to do with it. I stared at it and Mis. Olivia sees this and decided to talk.

"It's there now, no use in wasting it" she said,

"I.. I know but it really wasn't necessary to order me these I'm not hungry or thirsty-" but I was cut off

"(Y/n) it's fine, please just relax and enjoy your meal" she said,

I again looked at it and decided I might as well eat it since I don't want her money to go to waste, and I don't want her to be upset because I'm scared to eat with her.

Timeskip

Some time has passed and we finish our food, and we're only drinking water or any drinks. Mis. Olivia sees how disturbed I'm and decided to speak up.

"So... why were you gone for a week?" She asked,

"Oh!! U-uhhmmm... you see my partner uhmmm... cheated on me... then her and her lover started beating me up... they heavily beaten me to the point the doctors told me to stay in the hospital... luckily I made a quick recovery but I'm still mentally and physically injured... I'm sorry I missed work last week, B-but I'll make up for it by doing the work I missed even if it means I have to stay overnight-"

"No... that's not necessary" she said,

"W-why's t-that Mis. Olivia..." I'm starting to get nervous...

"Because I excused you" she continued,

"Oh! Thanks you so much" I said,

"Yes that's my sister"

"Right so she said the exact same thing you said on Monday" she said,

"I see... even the cheating part...?"

"Well this is embarrassing..." I said scratching the back of my neck,

"Why would be embarrassing, life would hit us in our weakest point and most of the time we don't know what to do" she then leans forward,

"I understand what your going through, I've been there..." she said putting her hand on mine,

We get up and she gives me a hug... at first I didn't feel anything... but then I started to feel a rush of emotions when she said
