It was a bright sunny day, the air was just the right temperature and there where no clouds in the sky. Arkin yawned and looked at the clock on his bedside table, he stared at the clock for a few seconds waiting for his eyes to clear up. As soon as Arkin saw the time he jumped out of bed "SHIT, I'M AN HOUR LATE FOR SCHOOL!" He yelled. Then he stood there thinking for a moment "Oh wait... It's a weekend..." I'm so stupid he thought as he layed back down. Just as he closed his eyes he Heard a meow, he opened his eyes and saw his big fluffy black cat sitting on his chest. "Aw hello there Stormy" he said as he started to pet her head. "who's a good girl Stormy?" "that's right you are!" The cat curled up on his chest and started purring as Arkin kept petting her.
Arkin decided that he would just scroll through YouTube instead of sleeping. Suddenly he got a text from an unknown number. He shrugged it off thinking it was just a spam, a few seconds later he received a text from the same number saying; I know you're reading this Arkin. He opened the message and replied,
Kevin? Are you pranking me again?
The unknown number responded, I am not Kevin.
Then who are you? And how do you know my name?
You do not need to know who I am, and I know your name because I have been watching you for a month now, I am watching you right now.
Arkin looked around in fear and looked out his window, there was no one.
Then what did I just do? He replied
you just got out of bed looked around and then looked out your window.
Arkin started getting very scared
I'm going to call the police!
Go ahead, call them I won't stop you
He called the police. After they arrived they started investigating.
"I'm sorry but we have not found anything or anyone in your home." The policeman said. "call us if anything else happens" "will do" he said
after the police left he texted his friend if he could stay at his place and bring his cat. His friend told him that he could. Arkin packed his things and put his cat in a carrier. He drove to his friends house "Make yourself at home" His friend said "Thanks dude, whoever texted me scared the hell out of me" "No problem, glad you feel safer with me"
as night approached his friend, Kevin put a mattress on the floor next to his bed. "goodnight Kevin" "goodnight Arkin" Arkin's cat curled up next to him and purred "goodnight Stormy" Arkin said.
The next morning Arkin decided to go grocery shopping. As Arkin got into his car and sat down a pair of hands covered his mouth, before he knew it he was unconscious.
