Don't leave

Taehyung glanced in the mirror one more time judging his looks with his navy blue graduation gown on.It was supposed to be one of the most memorable day of his life but why did he want it to end so badly , ever since one day ago when namjoon and the others found him drunk and weeping in the streets....well that was due to the surprising news that he had received some moments before. He din't want to think about it,  he just wanted for the day to end quickly. His thoughts were distracted when his mother suddenly burged I to the room with a glowing smile on her face ear to ear.Yes it was indeed one of the rare times that his parents were home but it didn't make a difference to his depression.
"I can't believe that my baby is all grown up ready for university, time flew by so fast didn't it!" His mother said in a joyful tone."It dint actually, you just weren't there to witness me growing up."he replied in a cold tone and walked out the door leaving his mother shook. Taehyung made way into his father's Mercedes where he found his father already there and his mother entered not to soon. Mr. Kim was just about to say something when he sensed the faul mood in the air so he decided to forget it and just drive to the school.

"Are they here yet ?" Jisoo asked her brother pacing up and down their house awaiting for her parents to arrive" "Soo I don't know, we should be on our way or we are going to be late you know" "can we just wait a bit more maybe there is just traffic Jin.....they promised ". She said with obvious sadnes in her voice. Jin comforted his sister and slowly led her out the door he too was disappointed their parents had failed yo keep their promise but it wouldn't be the first time ,he wasn't surprised,he was used to it actually but he hoped maybe just maybe that they would be on their way ,they surely couldn't miss their graduation day... right?.

The siblings entered the venue and we're greeted with the sight of their friends conversing with their parents it stung them badly and tried to forget about it. As the other friends noticed them they immediately made way to embrace jisoo with the tightest hug."jisoo unnie I can't believe it's your last day here what am I going to do without you!" Lisa cried.
"You are always the one to keep us in check too!" Chaeyoung chimmed.

"This is definitely a sad moments jichu"said Jimin,
he too was on the verge of tears .Jisoo made eye contact with taehyung who was at the furthest corner with his parents. He dint even make an effort to greet her but what did she expect after the events of the other day ,she turned her attention back to her friends who actually cared and who were clinging to her arms "I'm here now so let's make the most of it." She shot her signature heart shaped smile

Just as the ceremony was about to begin jisoo saw two familiar faces in the distance who were waving in the air and approaching her, she suddenly yanked Jin who was about to leave with Irene "Yah what the hell ji-" he suddenly stopped, seeing the familiar middle aged couple heading their way. As their eyes adjusted to the sunlight, they were shocked happy and amused to find their parents. Without wasting anytime she ran to them and embraced them in the warmest hug "Mom dad u guys made it !"she said as tears ran down her rosy cheeks."Jichu were so sorry we're late there was a delay at the airport!"her mother replied.
"I thought u guys forgot about us !" Jin said trying to balance his tears. "We would never do that!" He's father patted his back "infact we wanted to arrive a week earlier but some inconvenience came up but we're here now. And with that the family exchanged words of love to each other until it was time for the siblings to get their cirtificates.

Jennie had quickly cought up to taehyung who was in a hurry to leave the venue so much that he's gown was halfway on the ground , his hat nowhere to be seen and his certificate crumpled up in his tight grip. "Tae you can't just leave, remember we planned a surprise for jisoo before her flight leaves in four hours !" She said griping his wrist. Without thinking he yanked his hand away with so much force it made the girl stumble down.
"Jennie I'm so sorry I din't mean to "he said helping the girl to her feet."I'm just not in the mood right now but I'll come to join you soon" he lied . "Oh ok then I'll see you" she said with a weak smile, she honestly just wanted him to be there before jisoo left since they have been such good friends obviously unaware of their tension but she let him go not wanting to make him hate her after he had just started softening up to her but only because taehyung had made a promise to her . He had thought about breaking it more than few times but those words kept on replaying in his head "if you break her heart you'll be breaking mine to ".
