She perched in the highest branch she could steadily stay on. Tentivly watching the humans run from the female titan. That is a strange one... I wander if it's like the others? The girl, Willow thought. She kicked her feet in boredom. She knew what was about to happen, of course. This titan was more controlled then the others, more humanized, without the human emotions. She stood up, taking a deep breath, and released her voice. The female titan hesitated slightly, but not enough for the others to notice. Still, the female titan crushed them.

Willow sigh, but was not deeply effected. Feelings for outsiders would only get you killed here. Oh well, time to leave. She took a step forward, plummeting to the earth, only to b caught in the blazing flesh of a rather large titan. Willow did not tremble in fear like the others, because she had planed this. The titan put her down safely, out of harms way. She walked off, not needing to see the rest of the slaughter. Instead, she needed to eat. It had been three days since she's eaten a proper meal.

In the distance, commander Erwin watched as willow disappeared into the dark forest. He could have called in a team, but their hands were tied with the female titan. He stood silent, knowing chasing the tiny phantom titan would only be a mistake.

"Commander!" Somone fell next to him. "Levi's team has been whiped out."

"Pull everyone back."

Willow wandered off to the east of the titan forest. Just on the edge, high up in a clump of closely grown trees, was a finely crafted tree house. It sat far out of the reach of titans, but not so much for humans. Willow had had to dirty her hands a few times because the humans traveled to close to her home.

"Sister! Your home!" A young boy laughed gladly as he used the pull latter to the lower branches. Willows younger brother, leaf, was never allowed out of the tree house when she was away. Because he would be eaten, even by the ones she controlled. Her brother, like all men in ans out of her family, could not gain the ability to control titans. In fact, 99% of women will never be able to gain such power.

"Yes, I am home. It has been three days, how have you faired?" She smiled as he landed at her feet. He laughed, hugging her waist. Leaf was 8 years old.

"Good. There is only a day's worth of food left. Can we go hunting?" His eyes shined. Yes, leaf loved hunting.

"You eaten through the reserves?" She asked, slightly disappointed.

"No, not yet. If you didn't come home today I would. I've been so hungry big sis!" He must be growing. Mother told me that I should always make sure there's lots of food for him.

"Alright. Then for the next week, we shall hunt. If you are hungry, then we should feed you. I also won't be home as often either..."

"Why not?" He whined. She ruffled his hair before turning around. Leaf followed her closely.

"The humans have been awfully active and risky. I will have to start gathering titans inside the walls so they will go else where. It would be terrible if they found us."

"Big sis... when will I be able to go with you?" She glanced over her shoulder to the tiny boy who she loved the most.

"When your as big and strong as the strongest human I've seen." She smiled, before taking a deep breath. Her body began to relax, and a array of melodies escaped her mouth. Titans gathered around. They did not attack, only lowering their hands so that willow and leaf would climb up. "Where should we hunt today?" She laughed.

"Lets hunt in the mountains. Those mountain goats are mature this time of year." Leaf Knew the name, and habits of the game he hunted, he was taught by both his sister and a few humans she allowed him to speak with.

"Mountains it is. Lets gather enough so that you can eat for months." Leaf nodded, not saying anything defiant. Though he was young, he was very wise. He knew his sister inside and out. Something was heavy on her mind, and most likely she it was a gut instinct that she wouldn't be around him very much longer.
