Caitlyn's POV:

Life turned from normal to bad to worse and then back to normal.

Pretty crazy huh?

Well for me, not only am I trying to stay away from the Vampire Prince, the one that everyone admires and who girls love but...

This guy.

And his looks.

We took a left turn and I was trying to decide where I should start his "tour".

"So...," Sean started. "How do you know Kaden?"

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"Or you his girlfriend or something?"

I looked at him, feeling horrified and annoyed at the same time by that question.

I was surprised that he thought I was Kaden's girlfriend.

If you asked anyone, that is one hundred percent not true.

"ARE YOU INSANE?!" I said horrified.

Sean looked at me in concern. "What? I-"

"I would never in my whole life, date or love that guy even if he was the last man on Earth!" I yelled.

Sean looked at me shocked by my response then wiggled his eyebrows. "What about me then? Would you date me if I was the last person on Earth?"

...As well as I have to ignore his affections and flirtations.

I frowned at him. "Um...no?"

"Ouch! That hurt my feelings, my lady." Sean said while making puppy eyes at me.

I rolled my eyes and laughed. "Yeah right! As if!" And I playfully punched his arm.

He laughed along with me as well while pretending that the area where I punched him hurt. "Easy! That hurts!" He crackled.

"I'm glad it did." I grinned in amusement.

An idea came to my mind and I know exactly where we should begin. "Follow me," I said while directing him.

He looked confused but nodded.

We took a few more turns before arriving at the main entrance of the school. The main entrance was at most 10 feet wide and both sides were covered in the Hall of the frame and the past principals the school used to have.

Except...

All the principals were vampires.

Looking at the main entrance reminded me of the first day of a new school year in a new school.

It was nothing different from middle school or elementary.

I was here for nearly four years. And nothing had changed much.

Most of the vampires in the school barely showed a sign of themselves or their faces appeared different.

Only we, humans do.

We were expected to live under rules made by the King himself.

All of the rules were made specifically for humans to follow.

The vampires can do basically whatever they want.

Even teachers who are vampires are as well.

Thank goodness Leah is not one of those monsters.
