Today's the day I start my new job. Over the past 3 years I've been living here, I've had about 5 jobs. Some like waitressing and others more clerical work. But I left them cause they're not me.

I found a really great one online, as a personal assistant. The description said and I quote, "full time assistant to an undisclosed person. But great pay for anyone with patience and communication skills."

Hilarious. Well, the pay is good. I'm patient-Ish. And it's in Malibu. 3156 Sunny Lane Drive (plz it's made up go with it).

For my outfit, I'm going with a white long sleeve button up shirt, black pants and Mary jane heels. Very professional. (Hairstyle is up to you.)

I grab my keys and purse/ tote bag and lock my door.

~ time skip~

I arrive at the street address. There are palm trees on both sides of the humongous house.

I get out of my car and head towards the house. I ring the doorbell, and someone opens the door. It's a slightly older man about 50, with a noticeable toupee on his head.

"Hello, you must be here for the personal assistant job. I'm Frederick head of house management," the man says in an Irish accent and sticks out his hand for me to shake.

I shake his hand and answer, "Yes, I am. I'm y/n l/n.

" Oh, how foolish of me, please come inside," He ushers for me to come inside. "Mr. Silver will be arriving home shortly to go over the job details and whatnot."

My eyes widen, "I'm sorry, you don't mean Terry Silver, do you?"

Frederick notices my expression and lifts his eyebrows in concern, "Why yes I do, is there something wrong?"

I shake my head vigorously, "No it's just that I know of him. The ceo of Dynatox."

You gotta be shitting me. Terry Silver. I just met this man a couple of days ago in the parking lot of the strip mall. And now he's my new boss.

How wonderful.

I enter the house and am immediately impressed. It's a perfect mix of elegance and modern.

"Ah I see," he says as goes to looks out the window. I see Terry pull up into the driveway.

"Well, you'll come to find that he's strict but fair. A good man, really."

Oh really? How good? After what I've heard about him and meeting him, I'm still conflicted.

Silver gets out of his red corvette, locks the car and walks towards the house.

Damn he looks good I think to myself

He's wearing a black suit with his beautiful silver hair in a ponytail.

Immediately I begin to feel nervous.

He rings the doorbell and Frederick quickly opens the door. "Mr. Silver! Let me get your blazer."

Silver takes it off and gives it to him for him to put away.

"Thank you, Frederick," he says slowly as he sees me sitting in his couch.

I get up quickly from my spot and stand up. He smirks at my reaction, "Well well, who do we have here?"

He closes the front door and walks closer to me. "Hi Terry." I wave awkwardly.

"I can take it from here Frederick. Please tell Chef Amell to make lunch for me and our guest today."

Frederick nods and scurries away to the kitchen.
