"Mother is gonna blame me for your injuries!" Y/N was currently dragging Ash by his ear while his Pikachu laughed on his shoulder. Y/N had managed to patch Pikachu up with a potion he had. But Ash was the one who needed help.

(Hidden)

I can still remember the day the beam hit my family. The day I saw the multiverse with my own eyes. Let me tell you all, the multiverse is something no one should see.

The mysterious being turned to the sound of footsteps. His eyes widened as he saw two familiar faces. Faces from the multiverse. Faces he didn't enjoy.

"Stay out of sight from mortals. Search for the intruder. You will know who he is." His older brother had given him orders to kill a being that was a threat to his plan. So far he had done a great job at staying hidden. But the problem for the past eight years was searching for the person. His track had led him to these. Today it seems, he found his target.

He proceeded to follow Ash and Steven.

(Back with the duo)

Y/N had dragged Ash back home. Ash held a depressed face. Today was his big day and the grand beginning of his adventure, and he already had to make his way home without any Pokémon caught or any Gym Badges earned.

He was finally let go of when Y/N knocked on the door to his home. The duo waited, the only response from within the household being, "COMING!" They heard the shuffling of their mother's feet when the door finally clicked open.

"Huh? Ash? Steven!? Did you already become Pokémon Masters?" Ash gave a dejected sigh. "N-no mom. I'm just hurt." Delia gave a quick up-and-down look at her son and gasped. "I thought told you to take care of yourself!" "You did ma..." "And did you listen!?" Ash's head hung low. "N-no ma."

She brought her sons inside. "Oh, I forgot to mention." Delia pointed towards the living room. "Y/N a pretty girl asked to come inside, she said you'd invited her."

"Huh? Oh yeah. I forgot about that." While Delia led Ash to his room so she could patch him up, Y/N headed to where Leaf was.

"Leaf! Where are you?" He looked around the living room. He felt a finger poke him from behind. "G-GAH AH!?" "Behind you silly!" She cheerfully remarked.

"You said something about a reward, am I right?" Steven regained his composure and responded, "Yeah. I promised you a reward. I'm guessing you're here for me to deliver, huh?" Leaf smiles and gets close. "You're dang to it. I'm here for the reward."

Y/N sighed. "Let me go get it."

Y/N had walked into his room. "Where is it?" He digs through his stuff until. "AHA! Found it!" He called to Leaf.

He walked down the stairs and walked to Leaf. "Here you go!" Leaf grabbed it with a confused face. "What is it?" Y/N pulled out his own and said, "It's a Pokédex!"

She looked down at her Pokédex with a confused face. "What does it do?" Steven explained in full detail what the Pokédex does. "OH! Thanks!" She gave a smile. "No. Thank you for saving me!" He gave a smile of his own.

Delia and Ash came downstairs to see them both. "What a happy beginning for you three!" She said with her hands to her face.

Their happy moment however was interrupted.

WHOOSH.

A loud amount of air rushed over the house. Outside a fire had appeared. A quick yet loud bang of thunder occurred. The four of them got on guard.
