Isabela Vicioso is outer banks own party girl. there's nothing she wouldn't do to have a little bit of fun. she grew up on figure eight with all the fancy dresses and luxury clubs. but just because her parents were rich didn't mean her life was perfect. with a father in jail for molesting his own daughter and her mother holding up a mask in order to maintain her once so perfect image, Issa only got more and more reckless. and to quote her therapist 'she is acting out and this is a cry for help' bitch. i know. she was one of the only people on that whole island who got along with both the Kooks and the Pogues. surprisingly enough, considering she most of the time was a raging bitch. it's summer again and Issa is ready for another memorable summer only it soon turns into a wild goose chase for long lost gold while avoiding all the near death experiences that life throws at her and her friends
