"OMG THAT'S HER! THAT'S HER!! IT'S DEMI!!!" Sam nudge me as she saw a glance of the party's host. She was dressed in a clown costume with her face also resembled as a clown. I think she got the inspiration from a movie. I don't really remember the name but the clown has like a stitch in it's mouth and it really looks creepy. My friends and I decided a week before the party that we will go together because we don't want to be interacting with strangers. Unfortunately, my parents already introduced me to some of their friends in the business. I had to put on a fake smile and tried to be the daughter my parents wants me to be.

"Chill Sam, try not to freak her out or else she'll sent you out!" Drew reminded her.

I tried to make conversation with Katie. I don't really wanna interact with her and put out again my fake personality. If I'll talk to her, I have to please her for my parent's sake. As I was gonna excuse myself, Sam grab my wrist and pulled me beside her. Demi was already looking at us with a large smile on her face.It's so weird looking at clown smiling.

"Heyyy guys!" She greeted with full of energy. Sam instantly introduced herself as well as Marissa who is beside her. Good thing demi wasn't freaked out and thought she was friendly. That leaves the four of us to introduce ourselves.

"Hey Ms. Lovato and Ms. Callahan,I'm Brooklyn!" He raised his right hand to shook his hands with Demi's hand and after he also did with Marissa's.

"Beckham? And by the way, just call us by our names." She asked as she let out a chuckle. A cute one, I must admit.

"Nah, how I wish." He laughs. He always get the question. Katie and Drew went to introduce theirselves too.

"Hey, you're Georgina Williams right?" Demi asked me.

"How did you know my name?" I said while trying to compose myself. How on earth does she know my name?

"Because I invited you, that means I know you right? Honestly, who wouldn't know you? You're the daughter of my favorite designer!" She said with a huge smile in her face. Great another fan girl of my mom. I though she know me because of who am I but as always it's because of my parents.

"Cool, excuse me. I have to go and grab a drink.." I excused myself. I heard someone called my name but I ignore it.

Demi's Pov

I just met some people in my party. They were wearing different kinds of costume from fairies to serial killers. As a lot of people know, I really love Halloween. So here am I, hosting a party. I invited a lot of people because I want them to enjoy Halloween with me. And besides it's been a long time since I organize one. I made sure that there is a photo booth. I want them to treasure and reminisce the memories through photos.

I saw the Williams family together with Mendes. I went to them but unfortunately their daughters already went to their friends. I guess I have to welcome them in other time. Anyway, I met the baby of the William family. He introduced himself as Captain America. He has such a bubbly personality. When I saw him, it made me miss Maddison, my younger sister, as a baby. Nowadays, she wouldn't be that sweet and huggable. Soon, I was already caught up talking with my friends. Marissa brought me to the photo booth to have some pictures. Later we were joined by our friends, Nathalie and Caroline. As we finished, I saw the group of Katie and Georgina. Marissa and I went over to introduced ourselves officially. When it was Georgina's turn to introduce herself, she got shock on why I know her name. Who wouldn't right? When I told her the reason, her mood quickly changed and immediately excused herself. I think I said something wrong.

"George!!" Katie shouted at her but she just ignored her and continue to walk. I couldn't resist to know why she left so I asked her friends.

"Did I say something wrong?" I asked them with a worried expression on my face.

"No, no, you didn't Demi!" Her friend, Drew, assured me.

"But why did she walk away?" I asked. I'm still confuse on why did she do that. Normally, I'll find it rude when someone I'm talking with just left me hanging. But there's something about her that tells me that there's something wrong. And I wanna know what is it.

"Uhm, I think it's because you said you know her because of your parents." Katie told me with a serious face. A while ago she was fangirling when she saw me but when I look at her now, it made me realize that I did something bad or maybe not the bad but something that George is sensitive about.

"Why is that?" I asked.

"She doesn't like to be known because of her parents. And when you said that to her, I guess she got sensitive and all. But don't worry she will be fine later." Brooklyn answered my question and gave me a smile.

"Well, I hope so too. Enjoy the party guys, okay?" I tried lightening the mood. Gratefully it worked. I walked over the table and grab some juices. Marissa gave me a whats-wrong-with-you expression. I told her that I felt bad but then she said that it wasn't my fault at all. I tried to believe her but I still can't get rid the guilt in my chest. And I have to make the right decision. To talk to her.
