It was 7am sharp when a white convertible drove up the driveway to the front of the house, parking behind one of Elvis' cars. Elvis had already made his way down the steps of the front porch to greet a slender woman with straight brown hair that was tie in a pony tail and part of her brown locks laid over her left shoulder, a rose pink bow keeping her hair back. She wore business casual clothing and was a little shorter than Elvis

Olivia was getting ready to leave for school when she saw the woman and her dad. 'That must be Judy' she thought to herself. Olivia didn't mention to Priscilla what she saw in regards of Elvis popping some suspicious pills and acting weird when confronting him about it

Elvis caught a glimpse of Olivia out of the corner of his eye and called her over to meet his friend. Judy smiled kindly at the girl and extended a hand. "Hello, I'm Judy. It's so nice to meet you." She said

"Hi, I'm Olivia." She shook the woman's hand to be polite. "So how do you know my dad?"

The average height woman glanced at El for a quick second. "I've known him since he was twenty one. We've been good friends ever since, he's like a big brother to me." She adjusted her bow

"Oh....what's your profession?"

"I'm a writer, historian and publisher."

"I see. How long will you be here?"

"I can't stay too long, I'm afraid. I have to go to Arizona for work. I edit a magazine called Horses Magazine."

"Olivia, you're going to be late for school if you don't get movin'." Elvis glanced at his watch

She loved hearing him say certain words that really brought out his southern drawl. And the way he pronounced school was adorable in a way. It sounded like 'skewl'

"Alright, dad. I'll see you later. Bye Judy, it was nice talking to you." She turned to start her walk down the driveway to the gate when he stopped her, gently grabbing a hold of her arm. Elvis leaned down to kiss his daughter's forehead, smiling in awe of his beautiful girl. "Have a good day, honey. I love you." His voice soft and smooth as silk. "Thank you. Love you too, daddy." She gave the man a hug and couldn't help but smile at feeling his thin arms wrap around her, unraveling them after a minute. "Alright, now get goin'. You'll miss the bus."

"Have fun at school, Olivia. If you ever need anything don't be afraid to reach out, I'm just a phone call away!" Judy called out to the girl who was sprinting down the driveaway. She looked at Elvis and jokingly elbowed him in the ribs. "Your mom would be proud of you and how you're raising your kids."

"I know she would...." He watched his daughter disappear from view, clenching his jaw as thoughts buzzed around in his skull about what his mother would say if she were alive, how'd she interact with his kids and Cilla

Olivia's school was for gifted kids called Promise School Of Memphis, she had transferred to this school not long after telling Elvis how she was bullied at her other school. Everyone was much nicer, at least most were, and Olivia felt like she actually belonged here. As she was gathering her books at her locker, two of her friends approached with big smiles plastered on their faces

"Hey Olivia!" Tessa greeted, showing off her braces

She turned to look at them after closing her locker. "Hey Tessa, hey Esther."

"Me and Tessa were going to see a movie after school today if you want to come with us."

Olivia wanted to go but she couldn't. Not after making a promise to Priscilla to keep an eye on her father. Her prolonged silence was enough of an answer to her friends who weren't too bothered by it
