Avril's POV

It began to get dark and Zayn was still with me, we were watching television.

"It's getting late." He said. "I'd better go now." He said, and I nodded.

"Your backpack is upstairs." I said as  I stretched. We had been quite some time snuggling on the couch. We went upstairs and grabbed his backpack. I'd love for him to stay with me, but I didn't want to intimidate him.

"Well, I'm going." He said and hugged me, then kissed me on the lips. He got on his car to go home, he rode off and went while I was waving goodbye. I closed the door and sighed. I went up to my room, washed my face to remove my makeup and decided to take a shower. I stripped, and took a quick shower. I got out and wrapped a towel around me and put on my pijamas. I jumped into my bed and closed my eyes as I thought about all that had happened today.

The alarm rang, waking me up, like always. Today we had to present the project to the class. And it had to be perfect, because, as Mr. Collins had said, that depended that I won't have to repeat another year.

I got out of bed, got dressed with green shorts, a silver semitransparent shirt and some shoes with black laces.

I straighten my hair, put on makeup and then went downstairs to drink my juice, after that I went to brush my teeth and get my backpack.

I left home on my motorcycle and went to school.

I parked my motorcycle in my lot and went into school finding myself with Niall.

"Hey Niall." I greeted.

"Hey brunette." He said. Obviously he called me brunette because of my hair, 'cause my face was pale.

"Has the other guys arrived yet?" I asked.

"No." He said. "So... what about the graffiti?" He asked and I sighed in frustration.

"Nothing." I said.

"You know who was right?" He asked and I sighed again.

"Yes, but he doesn't want me to tell on them." I said, tightening my lips.

"Why?" He asked without understanding.

"He says he doesn't want for the situation to get worse, but..." I ended with a sigh. "I want them to leave him the fuck alone." I said and Niall grinned.

"He's a good guy." Niall said and I nodded.

The bell rang and I had not seen either Zayn, Harry or Louis.

Hope they are in class.

I entered class, and, indeed, Zayn was already there. All the worry left my body and I sat in my place.

"Well, students, as you know, today you have to present the end of year project. "Said Mr. Collins." So let's begin. First pair come up." He said sitting down at his table.

All of the groups went up and I paid attention, I wanted to see if their work was better than ours, but for me, there was none better than me and Zayn's.

"Well, Avril Moon and Zayn Malik. Your next." He said, Zayn and I got up.

"Our project is about photosynthesis." I said and looked at Zayn, who had to say his part now. But he said nothing, he was nervous, his hands and lips were trembling. "Excuse us, Mr. Collins." I said turning around to the teacher and he nodded. "Zayn what's the matter?" I asked quietly.

"I can't do it." He whispered. "I can't do it in front of the whole class." He said shaking his head. "I'm sorry."

"It's okay." I whispered and I approached Mr. Collins. "Mr. Collins." I called out.
