Maple Lynn...that name never sounds familiar to anyone. You could pick 100 people from Adams Groove High and not a single one would know that name. Teachers barely recognize her and students don't even know she's worth recognizing. A melancholy life for an innocent girl.
On the opposite end of the spectrum, we have Jane Archany. Everyone knows her and everyone loves her. Teachers are at her beck and call, students are begging to breathe the same air as her. A truly happy life for a truly happy girl.
But Jane isn't who she claims to be and Maple is going to prove it even if it's the last thing she does, and hey if she falls in love along the way who are we to judge?
