The lift finally stopped at the main stage, it opened and the group stepped out and let their Pokémon out of their Pokéballs. Ulala then saw Purge up ahead and the group ran towards the main stage.
Ulala got onto the stage with Sylveon and Eevee but everyone else was held back by an invisible wall.
Pine: oh damn, not again
Purge: yes, again
Ulala: I'm going to give you a chance to be civil
Purge: let me guess you're going to tell me to not open the ultra wormhole using Shadows energy and turn myself in to space police
Ulala: what do you even hope to gain from this?
Purge: respect, I'll even capture Necrozma and use it to drive the galaxy to happiness
Ulala: but don't you realise that your vision and what Necrozma will do are two completely different places?
Shadow: we have heard enough
Ulala: no please listen to me
Purge just walked over to get the machine turned on. Until Ulala said these words:
Ulala: the only thing that you will drag into this galaxy is inescapable despair
Purge: what?
Ulala: if you go ahead with this, then-
Shadow: Enough! Arboc! Silence her!
Arboc pounced on Ulala and held her still threatening to use poison sting on her.
Ulala: no! Please!
Pudding: stop it Purge!
Purge: let's fire this thing up!
Purge pressed a button and Shadow rose up and blasted the machine to power it. Ulala struggled and strained in Arboc's grip, Ulala managed to get an arm out and shot Arboc to get him off but he snapped and retaliated by biting her on the shoulder. Ulala screamed in pain as Arboc's poison started entering her bloodstream.
Ulala: Eevee!! Sylveon!!
Sylveon and Eevee leaped into action, Sylveon grabbed Arboc and pulled him off her trainer and Eevee tried to reason with Shadow. As Ulala sat up Sylveon saw the bite marks, but Ulala didn't care for it as she got up, she held her tension blasters in both hands.
Ulala: stop it Shadow! Please...
Shadow turned slightly coming to his senses, but he couldn't stop powering the machine, Ulala looked back at her group and knew there was no other way, she would have to shoot him, she raised her guns at him, but then she got an idea.
Ulala: if I use my Chu beam and mix it with my Hey beam, then.... It'll be enough to save him
Ulala looked at Eevee and she chirped with her tail wagging, Ulala aimed and just like that she fired. The Chu/Hey beam hit Shadow clean in the back and he stopped powering the machine, he floated back down and his form flickered. Ulala stood there and waited, Shadow then changed back into Jaguar, Ulala sighed in relief and checked to see if he was ok.
Ulala: your ok?
Jaguar: just barely
Ulala: well besides the bleeding
Jaguar: your bleeding too
Ulala held her shoulder to hide the bite, she helped him up.
Ulala: it's nothing
Kell: that takes care of that
Soon-Soon: not quite!
Soon-Soon pointed to the machine as it blasted the floor, a light floated up and an ultra wormhole opened. Without hesitation Purge jumped inside, now the problem just got bigger.
Evila: what do we do now?
Ulala looked at the ultra wormhole and knew what had to be done.
Ulala: I have to go after him
Sylveon and Eevee chirped wanted to go with their trainer but she stopped them right there.
Ulala: I'm going alone, Eevee stay with Sylveon
Eevee tugged on her boot and Ulala picked her up.
Ulala: I don't want him to hurt you, I would rather die than let that happen
Ulala looked at Jaguar and handed him Eevee.
Jaguar: you don't have to do this on your own
Ulala: I have to, I'm sorry
Ulala jumped up and dove inside the ultra wormhole, it closed just as Ulala dove inside.
Lou: oh please don't get hurt...
