7 months later
It was December 15th, at 4 in the morning Bucky and Willow were timing her contractions.
"Mmm ow ow.." she said
"Baby I need my hand..we need to go they are now 3-5 minutes apart." He said
He helped her up, and they heard water hit their hardwood floor.
"Yeah we really need to go now baby." He said as he grabbed the keys.
"But we can't just leave it Buck..let me clean it up." She said
"Willow baby, we need to go okay. We will worry about that later." He said
He finally got Willow to the hospital, Angela went by their house to clean up the mess then met them at the hospital.
"I swear Willow, you get your stubborness from your father." Angela said as she came in.
"Good morning to you too mom." She said
Eight hours later, Bucky and Angela were holding her legs as she bared down to push. After 4 pushes twin b was born, Bucky cut the cord the nurse took her to clean her up. Willow began to push without trying and two more pushes later, twin a was born.
The nurses brought them over to her so she could do skin to skin. Bucky stayed with her while Angela went to update everyone. Once they were in the maternity room everyone was able to come visit.
"Everyone meet Adleigh Reign and Addisyn Reese" Bucky said
"Oh I love the names." Winnie said
Everyone took turns holding them and visiting before they had to leave. Bucky held his girls and whispered "Daddy's girls, my little dolls." then gently kissed their heads.
