one day willow and all of the other baby kittens, got put into separate cage, which means they were 1 month old. the mom was still kept in one cage, the kittens were moved all into separate cages, which were very clean and nice for kittens. one by one by one, all the kittens got put into cages, with bowls, cat beds, toys, blankets, and it was very big, a bit to big for a kitten. they had to make signs that they were up for adoption, their name, etc. 2 kittens were together, and they were the two sisters who bonded really well, nala and willow. they loved each other so much, they cuddled, and played with each other. they got put into the same cage because there was no cages left for any other animal, because a load of dogs were coming in. they day ended, and willow and nala weren't tired. they stayed up all night and played, which kept all of the other animals up.  one of the dogs started barking at the kittens for scratching, they were frightened so the stoped and tried to sleep, the shelter closed at 9:30, but one lady with her daughter named lauren, came in 5 minutes after closing. "i'm sorry, we're just closing up", says Ms. White. "i'm 5 minutes late, could me and my daughter just take a look? it wont take that long", says the lady. "okay, sure, please be quick! i gotta mop the floors" says Ms. White. the lady and a girl named lauren looked for a pet to have, since it was the girls birthday, she said she wanted a pet so she went to look at the cat section. lauren pointed and said "i want these two mom" as she stares in awe of how cute they are. "are you sure we need two cats? we came here for one", says Ms.Matthews. "no mom, could i please have two? they look like friends and i don't want them to be apart!" says lauren. Ms. Matthews said "well....."
