Chapter 9: Gone

I have been betrayed by my emotions and all I can think about is enjoying the ecstatic feeling whenever I'm with Marco, or Vladimir. It's just there is a part of me saying that he loves me and he is willing to do everything for me, but still a little of my love has been given to Rafael and sometimes I nearly forgot the meaning of loyalty and faithfulness.

"Come on Karl I'm sure your boyfriend would understand. And besides Mr. Rafael is inviting the whole class for his party. You should come.", Einna kept pushing me to go to Rafael's party.

"I have things to do Einna, and besides Mr. Rafael would also understand."

"Such a shame, can you still remember the time when he went to your debut? It was a dream come true, all you can do is at least pay the good things he has done for you and your family."

I was ashamed by the idea that Rafael has been very nice to me yet I have not forgotten the idea that he and his clan has been plotting a death sentence for me. And besides I can't leave Sheinna in the house.

"What? Are you coming or not?",Einna said.

"Fine! I'll go!"

"See you there!!"

"You know what, I met your boyfriend. He is kinda hot. I like him- I mean I like him for you.", Sheinna cleared her throat while changing her lines. She has been here since last week and she is starting to piss me off.

"What did he say?", I asked her while applying lotion to my body.

"Not much, he just told me that you have been a great influence to him. Did you already have sex?", what a stupid question! This girl is more annoying than I expected.

"It's none of your business. That is a personal thing, you have no right to ask that to me."

"Fine! So touchy ah, by the way, I was invited in the party, Mr. Rafael is it?", she said.

"Good, I'll have company. Go get dressed and we'll go now.", I pushed her out of the door and closed it.

After some minutes I heard a knock on the window and opened it. It was Marco.

"Your cousin is sweet and flirty.", he said as he smelled my hair.

"If you like her go, go to her room now!", I said and started applying lipstick on my lips.

"A little bit jealous love? Where are you headed?"

"To Rafaels' party. I have been invited.", he was not able to answer instantly and then I faced him.

"Don't go.", he said with no emotions. His ussual happy aura turned to nothingness.

"I have to....", I was not able to finish my words because he went out of the window as fast as lightning. I walked to the window and shouted, "Jealous much!! Whose jealous now!", and I closed the window and went to the party with my bitchy looking cousin.

"I'm so happy to see you Karl.", Rafael said and hugged me tight.

"Do you do that to all you visitors?", Sheinna said curling her hair.

"No, of course no. Karmilla and I...."

"No need to explain, Sir.", the she went to socialize with her new friends.

"Your cousin is a huge..."

"Yah, plus a huge breast and huge butt. Totally hot."

"What I mean is a huge companion for you to have.", he said laughing.

"Oh, sorry. I have to go and talk with my friends, if you'll excuse me.", as a tried excusing myself to him, he held my hand.

"Can we talk.", he said.
